MY STALKER SUED KELSEY GRAMMER USING MY NAME ~ THE WHOLE BIZARRE TRUTH CANNOT BE REVEALED YET

12345A Public Apology to Kelsey Grammer from Lydia Cornell

"Kelsey and I Were Both Framed by the Same Stalker!"

Amanda A. Brooks

Truth is stranger than fiction. Lydia Cornell has been through a traumatic year, and I sat down with her to get a glimpse of the strange things going on in her life with men, and the incident regarding "suing" Kelsey Grammer - which came about because of a stalker.

1)Lydia, tell us about "suing" Kelsey Grammer - which came about because of a stalker.
"I found out I was suing Kelsey Grammer when I read the headlines on TMZHuffington PostDaily Mail, Radar Online, The New York Post, and Yahoo in June of 2012: 'Kelsey Grammer Sued by Lydia Cornell After Both Get Duped in Ponzi Scheme,' says Lydia Cornell. When I tried to protest and correct the story, my counsel put a gag order on me. Then I discovered that the co-counsel in our case was a convicted felon posing as a lawyer who became my stalker who was really a hairdresser who had never gone to law school. And this was the person making most of the legal decisions in our case.
My question is: why can't I have a normal stalker like Sheryl Crow has?
On September 13, 2012, I was granted a dismissal with prejudice from the civil case. But just when I thought it couldn't get any weirder, my stalker, impersonating an "Attorney General", indicted me in the RICO act and named me as a defendant in my own lawsuit, along with our Judge (Hon. Jan Pluim); his Clerk, Kelsey Grammer, Gene Simmons, Corbin Bleu, James Hillis Ford, and all my fans and friends on Facebook, including acclaimed filmmaker Lonnie Senstock and Security expert Glen Ratcliff. He indicted me as a criminal in my own case against the alleged organized criminals! This was a Three Stooges court moment; one of the funniest moments in court history.
I try to turn every tragedy into comedy, but this is no laughing matter. I am in fear for my life. This man violated my restraining order, posted death threats along with my home address, stole the identity of an authentic war hero, bullied my gay friends - and got the tabloids to go along with it.
Then something so terrifying happened, it could only occur in a David Lynch-Alfred Hitchcock movie. Since this is an ongoing investigation, there are secrets I'm not allowed to disclose yet. But it's as bizarre as a true-life version of "Breaking Bad."
I am no longer suing Kelsey Grammer, never intended to sue him, and hope any damage to his reputation is repaired."
Cornell, a beloved sex symbol best known for the classic series "Too Close for Comfort," more recently seen on HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and several award-winning independent films, has spent the better part of the last decade raising boys, working as an activist for women's issues, writing her upcoming humor book series, and preparing her return to TV and the airwaves, including her show "On the Edge w/ Lydia Cornell." Her show will broadcast on the top-rated iTunes radio network "Beats and Eats". Also featured on their network is former star of MTV's "Awkward", Matthew Fahey, "Hell's Kitchen" chefs Barret Beyer & Anthony Rodriguez, and sports broadcasters-turned-pop-culture podcasters, Ty Ray and Nick Gelso. Cornell's show discusses issues including paranormal sex, celebrity horror stories, spiritual recovery, and how to overcome hardship with humor. Her motto is: "If all you did was just look for things to appreciate, you would live a joyous, spectacular life."
Finding humor in the darkest places, Cornell's spiritual resurrection story is about overcoming drug, alcohol, and Adderall addiction, tragedy, abuse, betrayal, and divorce, and being defrauded by the husband who abandoned the family and forced her into bankruptcy. "But I couldn't leave my marriage sooner because I was getting too much comedy material out of it," she writes.

AMAZING 'SANTA YNEZ VALLEY PEOPLE HELPING PEOPLE'

WHAT A GREAT event in Santa Barbara last week! Thank you Diane Hamilton of the Santa Barbara-and Solvang-based event production firm, Relevé Unlimited, and Dean A. Palius of Santa Ynez Valley People Helping People -- for having me play golf badly at the  “Santa Barbara Vintners Spring Weekend” kick-off event, the “Santa Barbara Vintners Spring Weekend Golf Tournament”, held Thursday, April 10, 2014 at the oceanfront Sandpiper Golf Club in Santa Barbara, California.

The tournament was hosted by “Sideways” author and playwright, Rex Pickett, as a nod to the 10-year anniversary of the Oscar-winning film. My fellow celebs included  Richard Karn of “Home Improvement”, Kathleen Bradley of “The Price Is Right”, and Santa Barbara resident and former Los Angeles Lakers NBA pro, Don Ford.

A portion of sponsorship and 100% of raffle proceeds benefiting local charity, Santa Ynez Valley People Helping People. PHP’s philosophy is to give families and individuals a ‘hand up” to achieve self-sufficiency.  PHP has a ‘model service delivery program,’ integrating services for infants, children, youth and adults into a “one stop shop” that has multiple neighborhood access points.  Clients can make a single contact with a PHP Family Services Coordinator at a Family Resource Center at area schools, receive any of PHP’s 17 program services and/or receive help in obtaining services from other non-profit or government agencies.  This system minimizes costs and maximizes getting help to those who need it

Major Programs include:

Basic Needs: Food and Emergency Services (Rent/Mortgage Assistance, Mobile Home Repair, Utility Assistance)

Health CareCommunity Health Access Resource Team (CHART), Children’s Dental Fund
Youth Programs: Buellton After School Youth Program, Mentoring, Student Action Prevention Network (SPAN), Youth Coalition, and Early Childhood Mental Health Counseling
Family Support: Domestic Violence Prevention, Parent Education, Advocacy, Case Management, Christmas Fulfill-A-Wish, and Family Resource Centers.  Resource Centers are a focal point for families who formerly were isolated to gather and share concerns and ideas to improve their student’s and families’ lives.
In addition to its own services, People Helping People makes the services of other governmental and non-profit organizations conveniently available within its Under 1 Roof program. For a list of these services choose the link below.

THE BEST BUSINESS RULES

1. You've got to get along. If you don't have good people skills, you'll never succeed, even if you run your own business.

2. Money talks. He who has cash has leverage, and someone always has more than you do. There's rarely a deal between equals.

3. Leverage is not always about money. I.e. if you're an unsigned band that can sell out arenas, you'll get an incredible deal from the label.

4. If a deal is too good, it probably is. In other words, if the other person can't make any money, there's going to be a problem.

5. The best deals are win-wins.

6. If you're not willing to risk, if you're not willing to give something up, you're going to sit on the sidelines. Sure, the label might not offer you your dream deal, but the alternative is to go it alone, which is an option, but probably not the one you want since you entered negotiations in the first place.

7. You don't know everything, you just think you do. If you're not learning every day, you're hanging with the wrong people and not applying yourself.

8. The more powerful the person, the less the chance you'll see them at the conference. The conference is for never have and wannabes and for the purveyor to make coin. In other words, have a good time at SXSW, but the real winners are the people who put on the conference.

9. A contract does not guarantee behavior. At most it's a guideline. If you think suing to get what you want is a solution, that the contract entitles you to win, you're naive.

10. Some people use litigation as both a business strategy and a profit center. If someone has deeper pockets than you, you're not on an equal footing.

11. The real world is very different from books. In other words, there are very few professors who can succeed in the real world. Theory is one thing, practice is another.

12. Lawyers are worth every dollar you pay them. So choose wisely and don't expect a deal. You need an outside voice. Someone who knows the pitfalls.

13. News often isn't. It may be on the Business page, but frequently the corporation has a relationship with the journalist and wants a certain story told.

14. If you haven't been screwed, you haven't been in business. There's more than one way to fail, you learn lessons from your defeats, which is why so many want to hire those who've failed, because they've gained so much experience!

15. Nitpicking is for losers. If you can't let something go by, if you want the other party to live up to every letter of a contract, you're going to find yourself an outcast by the sidelines.

16. Winners see tomorrow as well as today. If you don't have the exit strategy in place when you're negotiating a deal, you're going to find yourself in an uncomfortable position down the line.

17. Those who give the best advice are the hardest to get to know, and the hardest to get to speak at length. The powerful don't want to know the powerless, there has to be an advantage in it for them, or else the response will be very brief.

18. Time is irreplaceable. Never waste someone else's. Make your pitch short and to the point and thank the other person for listening. You think you're explaining your point, ensuring success by going on at length, but the truth is the other person is rolling their eyes and looking at their watch, wondering how they can get out of this meeting and never ever speak with you again.

19. Most conference calls are a waste of time. Do your best to avoid them. If you're on one, talk only business and make it brief.

20. Respect your adversary/opponent. Treat people with dignity, dividends will follow.

21. Don't take you or your business too seriously. Make jokes.

22. Have fun. Work takes up too much of your time not to.

23. Break the rules. All the winners do. School is all about rules, which is why those who've done well in school rarely do well in business.

HOPE FOR A NEW WORLD ~ IT'S GETTING BETTER DESPITE APPEARANCES

The other day, I was on an adventure, exploring a hidden area with some co-workers for a show we are creating. We wandered through the canyon and shared horror stories, but then it became clear that the mission was much deeper. Sorry for being so cryptic but I can't reveal what we were up to yet, but I can say this: What presented itself was an opportunity to share love and to help someone wake up. Every human being needs to be heard and understood. The human heart  is healed by love. When you actually stop to help someone, your chemistry changes. The airwaves change. That day, in this place of death, I felt a shift happening. It was a resurrection -- as if a hundred years of hell was suddenly reversed by one change of focus. And at that moment, a butterfly flew over our heads and circled around us. The butterfly is a metaphor for transformation and renewal. All we need is love.

Pray -- hold love in your heart for the victims of the stabbing at Franklin Regional High School in Pittsburgh and for every human being on earth who is suffering from loss, grief, financial loss, depression, war, trauma, illness or injury.

Something is happening. It's a hardening of our society - a crass materialism where how you look and what you wear and how you pose is all that matters.

I used to say that we were snowballing toward excess and chaos — but it had to happen this way..  that the insane greed, porn and violence in this country have gone so far over the top that there is only one way to go: UP.  We have made the taboo all too thrilling (and profitable) because of our Puritan ethic. We are a nation of masochists: criticizing each other, shaming each other, chastising each other for our "sins" and lusts —  which helps sales of porn and guns and the taboo.

Death has become sexier than sex, as I wrote in my article about 'extermination speaker' Ann Coulter.

But it had to happen this way. We had to reach a chaotic, criminally insane breaking point. And it might get worse before it gets better. We are so immature; we thrive on style over substance. And though we've had too much too soon, reason and sanity are returning, despite appearances. The physical picture, the so-called "reality" we see with our senses has very little to do with reality. Like the software inside a computer, it's what's invisible that counts: the underlying harmony, love and hope we all hold in our hearts. Our desire for justice, equality, peace and the common good. These are the principles that hold mankind together. These are spiritual qualities. It's a "thought universe" and thoughts make the world, as Ralph Waldo Emerson put it.

After all the sex, drugs and rock and roll.. after all the crap and materialism -- where else can we go but up?
THE GOOD
I have experienced miracles firsthand. I know of many others who have had these experiences and in fact, there is an abundance of good happening in the world. but the key to seeing it is to believe it in advance. If you are a doubting Thomas you won't be able to see these things called miracles, which are actually natural laws.
Every day, focus on the good around you and if you are suffering expect a miracle. Miracles are actually natural laws. God is LOVE, not an anthropomorphic (man-like being) sitting in the sky. Prayer is the invisbile transfer of love to another. This has nothing to do with religion. Religion can be soothing and kind and wonderful, but it's still a man-made institution that is flawed and corruptible. But GOD is in every heart. The Kingdom is within you. Love one another. There is no power greater than LOVE.
