October was National Domestic Violence awareness month. I was in Texarkana speaking about the epidemic of domestic violence at the kickoff luncheon in Eagle Hall at Texas A&M University.

extreme life makeovers for domestic abuse survivors and their children. Courtesy of Dr. Bruce Vafa, D.D.S. and Dr. Fardad Faranpour - plastic surgeon who remakes women's faces. One woman had a bullet wound in her jaw and he remade her face.
