The National Osteoporosis Foundation will put on the
“JUMPING JACK CHALLENGE” to help
raise awareness and resources to promote bone health. Jumping Jacks are great
for building bone strength and density during childhood and adolescence and for
maintaining bone strength as you age.
An estimated 10,000,000 adults in the USA have osteoporosis.
And, for women especially, the incidence of osteoporosis is greater than that
of heart attack, stroke and breast cancer “COMBINED.”
HERE IS HOW YOU CAN
HELP. Accept the Jumping Jack Challenge by taking a VIDEO of yourself doing
10 jumping jacks in 10 seconds. Post the video on ALL of your favorite social
media and challenge your fans and friends to join you in taking the Jumping
