Former Global Warming Skeptic Makes a 'Total Turnaround'

    By Natalie Wolchover | LiveScience.com – 1 hr 59 mins ago

A prominent scientist who was skeptical of the evidence that climate change was real, let alone that it was caused by humans, now says he has made a "total turnaround."

Richard Muller, a professor of physics at the University of California, Berkeley, says he has become convinced that "the prior estimates of the rate of warming were correct," and that humans are "almost entirely the cause" of that warming.

Funded by the Koch brothers to prove global warming is false, .....routinely quoted by the idiot that is Voltron, along with his cackling idiot mascot "Moo Moo" who cheered and jeered as voltron quoted this "noted Berkeley professor" who denied global warming.......and behold.

Now he says he was wrong, and it is real, its caused by mans burning fossil fuels, and its speeding up.

"I'm personally very worried," he says of global warming. Muller says that so far the warming has been "tiny," but that everything points to the process speeding up. "I personally suspect that it will be bad."

Gee, since Voltron accepted this guy before when he was denying global warming, no doubt Voltron will accept his findings now that he's discovered the reality of it.

    Right?

    lol, wrong.

Because voltron, like the rest of his Tin Foil Tea Party brigade isn't interested in the truth or facts.

About-face: Former climate change skeptic now says global warming is man-made

By Liz Goodwin, Yahoo! News | The Lookout – 4 hrs ago

"He finally came around to what other climate scientists have been spouting for years.

Richard A. Muller, a physics professor at the University of California-Berkeley, announced over the weekend that his much-publicized investigation into climate data has found that humans' production of carbon dioxide is causing the world to slowly warm up.

And this process could speed up dramatically in the coming years."

  6. Is Bandar Bush dead?????

Who is Bandar Bush you ask, The Guy holding Dubya's hand, while Georgie whispers sweet nothings in his ear.

Bandar Bush the Saudi Prince who was ambassador to the US from Saudi Arabia from 1994-2005 and most recently appointed to head the Saudi Intelligence agency, has been rumored to be assassinated.

Saudi spy chief Prince Bandar assassinated, report says

Saudi Arabian spy chief Prince Bandar bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has been assassinated, a report says.

The Paris-based Voltaire Network confirmed the death of 63-year-old Prince Bandar on its website on Monday, citing unofficial sources.

(voltairenet.org) said that Prince Bandar was killed because of his role in the July 18 deadly bombing in Damascus.

The bombing killed at least four high-profile Syrian security officials, including Defense Minister Dawoud Rajiha and his deputy Assef Shawkat who was also President Bashar al-Assad's brother-in-law.

However, there has been no confirmation or denial neither from Saudi officials nor from the Syrian government yet.

Saudi silence on intelligence chief Bandar’s fate denotes panic

Disquiet in Washington, Jerusalem and a row of Middle East capitals is gaining ground the longer the Saudi government stays silent on the reports of the assassination of the newly-appointed Saudi intelligence chief Prince Bandar bin Sultan, purportedly in a revenge operation by a Syrian intelligence death squad. If true, it would shoot a devastating tentacle out from the Syrian conflict to the broader region.

It is widely feared that Saudi rulers are too traumatized to respond by the fear of Iranian penetration of the highest and most closely guarded circles of Saudi government, possibly climaxing in Bandar’s assassination.
The unconfirmed reports of his death attribute its motive to revenge by Iran and Syria for the bomb explosion five days earlier in Damascus which killed four of Bashar Assad’s top managers of his war on the uprising against his regime.
The prince, has not been seen in public since Saudi General Intelligence headquarters in Riyadh was hit by a bomb blast Monday, July 23 killing his deputy, Mashaal al-Qarni.

Now the Aspen Times is reporting it,

ASPEN — In the newspaper business, the first rule about covering someone's death is to make sure of one thing: The person is actually dead. If a reporter is 99.9 percent certain a person is dead, that's not good enough, at least not for this publication.

With that ethical posturing out of the way, Prince Bandar bin Sultan — a man well known in Aspen circles because of his generosity to nonprofits, fat tips to ski instructors and other worker bees, and the palatial Starwood estate near Aspen that he recently sold for $49 million to hedge-funder John Paulson — is reported to have been assassinated.

At least that's the buzz online with a few news sites. .....

..... But there hasn't been a peep about Bandar's death from Al Jazeera, arguably the most credible news outlet in the Middle East.

Not a whimper from The New York Times or CNN, either, at least as this is being written.

    Interesting to say the least.

He supposedly runs an covert operation killing 4 Syrian Generals, gets rewarded with the top slot in Saudi Intell, and then the Syrians/Iranians off him.

One thing IS certain, if he isn't dead, the Saudis could put all the question to bed with one news conference attended by their Intell Chief, if they wanted to do so that is.

(Reuters) - The worst U.S. drought in 56 years intensified over the past week as above-normal temperatures and scant rainfall parched corn and soybean crops across the Midwest and central Plains, a report from climate experts said on Thursday.
The drought became more severe in the southern United States as well, just a year removed from a record-breaking dry spell that ruined crops and wilted grazing pastures across Texas and Oklahoma enough to force an unprecedented northward migration of cattle.

Nearly two-thirds of the contiguous United States was under some level of drought as of July 31, more than a fifth of it classified as extreme drought or worse, according to the Drought Monitor, a weekly report compiled by U.S. climate experts.

Yea, why worry about global warming?

    They had ACTUAL scientists testifying,

    Not just fake right wing paid propagandists spouting right wing lies;

Christopher Field, a lead author of the IPCC report and director of global ecology at the Carnegie Institute for Science, said in testimony.

“There is no doubt that climate has changed,” he went on. “There is also no doubt that a changing climate changes the risks of extremes, including extremes that can lead to disaster.”

He later told the committee that those climate-related disasters would have profound effects on industry and agriculture.

“The U.S. experienced 14 billion-dollar disasters in 2011, a record that surpasses the previous maximum of nine,” he said. “The 2011 disasters included a blizzard, tornadoes, floods, severe weather, a hurricane, a tropical storm, drought and heatwaves, and wildfires. In 2012, we have already experienced horrifying wildfires, a powerful windstorm that hit Washington D.C., heat waves in much of the country, and a massive drought.”

He went on to make a point of warning Texans that the future of farming and ranching could be put in jeopardy because of climate change.

The committee also heard from James McCarthy, a Harvard oceanographer and IPCC author, who warned that sea-level rise was occurring about three times faster than scientists believed even a decade ago.

    Wildfires blaze across drought-plagued Oklahoma

By Steve Olafson | Reuters – 10 hrs ago

OKLAHOMA CITY (Reuters) - Wildfires burned out of control on Friday in Oklahoma, destroying homes and shutting down highways in a state that has suffered 18 straight days of 100-plus degree temperatures and persistent drought.

Emergency officials counted 11 different wildfires around the state, with at least 65 homes destroyed in parched areas north and south of Oklahoma City and south of Tulsa.
Oklahoma joins several states that have been plagued by wildfires this summer, including Colorado, Arkansas and Nebraska. Fires are being fed by a widespread drought.

Nearly two-thirds of the contiguous United States was under some level of drought as of July 31, according to the Drought Monitor, a weekly report compiled by U.S. climate experts.

Interstate 44, historic Route 66 and state highways were closed, but no deaths were reported in the Oklahoma fires.

Low humidity, strong southerly winds and drought conditions enabled the wildfires to spread quickly across treetops, said Michelann Ooten, deputy director of the state's Office of Emergency Management.

"It's just a very difficult situation we're facing that's all weather related," Ooten said.

  24. I can assure you that fossil fuels wont be around for infinity to heat up the ant-farm.

However mook mook, the two centuries we will burn them is more then enough to destroy the Holocene era climate of the biosphere that all human civilization has evolved in.

    In fact geologists are discussing a new term for the huiman races impact on the planet;

    The Anthrocene

But to your point, the amount of total fossil fuels isn't the issue, it is the needed amount to heat the ant farm too hot, and if we have already burned IE released that amount of carbon.

    From the anthrocene article;

    Climate

One suspected geological symptom resulting from human activity is increasing atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2) content.

During the glacial–interglacial cycles of the past million years, natural processes have varied CO2 by approximately 100 ppm (from 180 ppm to 280 ppm).

As of 2011, anthropogenic net emissions of CO2 have increased its atmospheric concentration by a comparable amount from 280 ppm (Holocene or pre-industrial "equilibrium") to approximately 390 ppm.

This signal in the Earth's climate system is especially significant because it is occurring much faster,
and to an enormously greater extent, than previous, similar changes.

Most of this increase is due to the combustion of fossil fuels such as coal, oil, and gas, although smaller fractions are the result of cement production and land-use changes (e.g. deforestation).

In other words we have already burned enough carbon based fossil fuels to overheat the ant-farm, it is just because of lags between the release of said carbon into the atmosphere and said carbons FULL effect showing up.

The climate effects we are seeing NOW are from the effects of the carbon up to about the time Elvis Presley performed his last-ever concert, apple computer was incorporated and Jimmy Carter was President.

The CO2 levels for June 1977 were around 336.11ppm

Yes mook mook it takes about three decades for the full effects of the carbon we are currently releasing to be fully felt.

This is due to diverse interactive feedbacks, like the oceans absorbibg a significant amount of CO2 and even heat from the atmosphere, among other feedback mechanisms.

Since 1977 we have as a species released a hell of a lot more sequestered carbon.

    June 2012's number;

    395.77

Last time CO2 was at this level .... 15 million years ago.

"The last time carbon dioxide levels were apparently as high as they are today — and were sustained at those levels — global temperatures were 5 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit higher than they are today, the sea level was approximately 75 to 120 feet higher than today, there was no permanent sea ice cap in the Arctic and very little ice on Antarctica and Greenland,"

The ant farm is gonna get a hell of a lot hotter .... hope your daughter likes it that hot cause she is gonna have to live in the heat and extreme(though it will be the new normal by then) weather conditions the heated biosphere dishes out.

Now go back to rotting your mind with the drivel style of modern day bread and circuses the MSM dishes out daily for the dumbing down of the sheeple .... IE specifically you mook mook since you seem to fall for that so easily.

New study ties global warming to recent year heat

By SETH BORENSTEIN | Associated Press – 3 hrs ago

WASHINGTON (AP) — An analysis by a top government scientist says the extreme heat and drought seen in the U.S., Europe and other regions in recent years must be global warming.

Specifically the study by NASA scientist James Hansen blames climate change for last year's drought in Texas and Oklahoma, the 2010 heat wave in Russia and the 2003 European heat wave that led to tens of thousands of deaths.

Okla. fires: dozens of homes burn, evacuations

By TIM TALLEY | Associated Press – 9 hrs ago

LUTHER, Okla. (AP) — Several wildfires raging around the parched Oklahoma landscape prompted more evacuations on Sunday as emergency workers sought to shelter those forced out by flames that destroyed dozens of homes and threatened others in the drought-stricken region.

The fire burned just over 4 square miles, including an area near the Turner Turnpike, which carries Interstate 44 between Oklahoma City and Tulsa. The superhighway was briefly closed Friday.

In Creek County, county Commissioner Newt Stephens asked residents to be patient and to stay away from the flames in the northern part of the county.
On Saturday, those able to return their homes found charred timbers poking from the debris and the burned out shells of refrigerators, washers and dryers.

  35. please enlighten me Cliffy Poo how are we,the ever growing human/animal population supposed to thrive???

It cannot for several reasons, with the world population over 7 billion humans, and ever rising.

    1. Before vast industrial farming techniques rose using diesel fuel to power very large industrial agriculture machines and large amounts of NPK fertilizer based on natural gas and mined phosphates and potash, the world was having trouble feeding the 2.5 billions living on the planet before WW2.

    2. The peaking of CRUDE OIL which hasn't increased sine 2005 combined with the more difficult sources for Phosphates and Potash, the ability for further growth to feed an additional 3 billion (10 billion total) humans which are projected to exist in the next 50 years is in doubt.

3, Add in the very unstable agriculture situation Climate Changer will force the earth's farmers to face, and the ability to feed the numbers of people on the planet is very seriously in doubt.

    4. As to the rest of the species on the planet, well most biologists who study the situation accept the fact humans are a primary cause of the sixth great extinction event on the planet.

Human beings are currently causing the greatest mass extinction of species since the extinction of the dinosaurs 65 million years ago. If present trends
continue one half of all species of life on earth will be extinct in less than 100 years, as a result of habitat destruction, pollution, invasive species, and climate change.

Apathy in Schizophrenia: Reduced Frontal Lobe Volume and Neuropsychological Deficits

    Robert M. Roth, Ph.D.; Laura A. Flashman, Ph.D.; Andrew J. Saykin, Psy.D.; Thomas W. McAllister, M.D.; Robert Vidaver, M.D.

Apathy is a common negative symptom in schizophrenia that has been associated with poor compliance or poor ability to benefit from treatment (7, 8).

The neurobiological underpinnings of apathy in schizophrenia have not been systematically investigated, although frontal lobe abnormalities have been shown in both structural and functional imaging studies of deficit syndrome schizophrenia (9, 10). In the present study, we compared schizophrenia patients with low versus high levels of apathy and healthy subjects on neuropsychological tests sensitive to executive and right hemisphere dysfunction; lobar volumes from structural magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans were also compared. It was predicted that schizophrenia patients with high apathy levels would perform more poorly on measures of executive function and right hemisphere functioning and would have reduced frontal lobe volume.

This time the craft will enter "Buck-Rogers" style and actually come into the Martian atmosphere and slow to the right speed and then a rocket platform crane will deploy, which will also slow to the right speed then effectively hover (using rockets) and lower the Curiosity rover via a cable system.

    How cool is that?

And this isn't a small rover.

The Curiosity rover is the size of an automobile. ...an automobile that's driver will sit on another planet.

The crane will lower this automobile sized rover onto the Martian surface in a large crater thought to have once contained water. Then the jet powered sky platform will blast its rockets sending it off to crash safely away from the Curiosity.

Then the Curiosity will explore this massive crater searching for possible signs of life having once existed on the planet.

Don't care who you are, ya gotta admit that's pretty frickin cool...

Its one thing to bounce a giant volley ball across the surface and if it survives have a rover crawl out when you're talking about first traveling 300 million miles to do it.

But to have it break into stages on decent, switch antennas (they used a slanted antenna during entry) and maintain communication doing all this, then have a stage eject that is a jet powered platform that contains a "skycrane" and a rover the size of an automobile, ....then have this skycrane slow to a hover above the surface of the planet, then lower via a cable this automobile and gently deposit it on the surface, then fire its rockets and fly away so it doesn't damage the vehicle on the ground, .....

Thousands of fish die as Midwest streams heat up

By GRANT SCHULTE | Associated Press – 4 hrs ago

LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) — Thousands of fish are dying in the Midwest as the hot, dry summer dries up rivers and causes water temperatures to climb in some spots to nearly 100 degrees.

About 40,000 shovelnose sturgeon were killed in Iowa last week as water temperatures reached 97 degrees. Nebraska fishery officials said they've seen thousands of dead sturgeon, catfish, carp, and other species in the Lower Platte River, including the endangered pallid sturgeon.

And biologists in Illinois said the hot weather has killed tens of thousands of large- and smallmouth bass and channel catfish and is threatening the population of the greater redhorse fish, a state-endangered species.

So many fish died in one Illinois lake that the carcasses clogged an intake screen near a power plant, lowering water levels to the point that the station had to shut down
    one of its generators.

"It's something I've never seen in my career,
and I've been here for more than 17 years," said Mark Flammang, a fisheries biologist with the Iowa Department of Natural Resources. "I think what we're mainly dealing with here are the extremely low flows and this unparalleled heat."

Most climate scientists agree the main cause of the current global warming trend is human expansion of the "greenhouse effect"1 -- warming that results when the atmosphere traps heat radiating from Earth toward space.

Certain gases in the atmosphere block heat from escaping. Long-lived gases, remaining semi-permanently in the atmosphere, which do not respond physically or chemically to changes in temperature are described as "forcing" climate change whereas gases, such as water, which respond physically or chemically to changes in temperature are seen as "feedbacks."

  92. carbon dioxide is something like .3 percent of all greenhouse gasses ...

    actually dummytron.

CO2 is .039% of the atmosphere, so your off by 25%

Second, water vapor changes very rapidly in the atmosphere, BY Precipitating out.

You know rain and snow, CO2 doesn't.

water vapor content is temperature dependant it is actually known as a scientific entity,

    relative humidity

It changes with temp and when the humidity reaches 100% for a certain temp water precipitates out of the atmosphere,

CO2 has no such short term mechanism to be removed from the atmosphere,

The amount of water vapor hasn't changed very much but the amount of CO2 in the atmosphere is 35% above normal, and it ain't raining out at all.

It cannot rain out like water does.

That extra 35% above normal is human contributions from burning hundreds of millions of years of sequestered Carbon in the form of fossil fuels.

The present level is higher than at any time during the last 800 thousand years, and likely higher than in the past 20 million years.

    CO2 lasts centuries.

Third, man has ALWAYS prospered during warm eras.

Totally WRONG, the warming of North Africa during the last 3-4000 years has decimated the major civilizations that preceded Rome.

Ancient Egypt and Carthage flourished in a much cooler climate then the inhabitants of the Mediterranean areas of Africa have now.

Cold eras have ALWAYS brought disease and starvation.

    wrong see above.

Hint dummytron, there is a reason warm and moderate climates incubate diseases like ebola, malaria, hunta virus and all the flu viruses, not alaska or siberia.

Damn are your talking points weak this time. But you do not care as long as you thunk your confusing real facts with your factiods that have very little real relevance to the discussion, like you always do.

  134. .039 percent eh Cliffy?

Ya know, everybody throws around these percentages and not many can probably hold all the varibles in their mind.
Let's put this in terms of something everybody can understand. How about money?

Lets say $1,000,000 represents the entire atmosphere. Greenhouse gases are about 1% of the total atmosphere or about $10,000.

Of that, (I'll pad it a little for you) .04% Is carbon dioxide. That's $4. Of that, man produces about one third. Our total contribution is about $1.34 and THAT is screwing up the whole million dollar investment?

I wish I could get those kind of odds on the lottery...

    ReplyDelete
  135. Thank you voltron for being the idiot you are .... conflating Thermodynamics with the lottery.

It is NOT the amount, but what the amount can do that is important.

IE a few milligrams of plutonium per kilogram of tissue is a lethal dose.

Sorta blows your dumb as a box of rock analogy right there.

    Or about gaseous mixtures;

The median lethal dose of VX nerve agent for humans is estimated to be about 10 milligrams through skin contact for some one weighing 100 kilograms.

You see dummytron it isn't the ratio of a substance to the total,

BUT the effect the concentration of said substance (no matter how small) on the whole is what actually matters, the ratio is immaterial, unless you exceed the minute levels that affect the whole in a deterious way, IE too much Plutonium or VX in a body or too much CO2 in the atmosphere .....

Thank you for proving once again you do not know what the hell you are talking about, but just pushing crap and hoping something resonates.

    ReplyDelete
  136. BTW dummytron;

Botulinum toxin is the most lethal chemical we know of, with a fatal dose of about 2/300 picogram of toxin per kilogram of body mass.

    A picogram is One-trillionth (1x10-12 or 0.000000000001) of a gram.

This means that 100 grams would be enough to kill all human beings on earth.

Hmmmm 7,000,000,000 people, weighing around 62 kilograms

56,000,000,000 kilograms divided by 100 grams is a ration of 1:560,000,000,000

    or in your example;

.00017 of a penny is the ratio of the amount in dollar terms of Botulinum toxin compared to your million dollars total weight of humanity to cause a total death of the human race.

Sorta destroys your idiotic post again doesn't it dummytron?????????

So this piece of shit, takes my reverence and respect (as well as sadness) for someone who just died, and in typical, right wing brainless, heartless and soulless fashion, turns it into to "a complete nervous collapse".

Death is something that when you've experienced it first hand in your own family and watched closed loved ones die, you learn respect and reverence for it and for those going through the loss and grieving process.

Decent human beings learn respect and reverence in the presence of death. Doesn't matter if you knew the deceased or not. Good people everywhere show a reverent tone when addressing the death of someone that just occurred.

Its not a "weakness" or "nervous collapse". Its respect and reverence. Empathy, sympathy and maturity.

Its something that transcends minor ideological differences and personal disagreements and even enemies can show respect, compassion, reason and understanding.

But ignorant children, cackling, giggling egotistical fools like this thing calling itself "Moo Moo", do not.

Romney's health care plan in Massachusetts worked. He got everyone insured. So what's the problem?

    ReplyDelete
  174. Anonymous5:53 PM

Oh yea, being a republican doesn't have anything to do with making things work.

It has to do with towing their narrow, pinheaded ideological line.

Coulter and Ingram. They insisted that Romney fire the staffer or they'd convince everyone to stop donating to him.

    That one thing?...

    ReplyDelete
  178. Anonymous6:14 PM

    .....it worked.

    ReplyDelete
  179. Anonymous10:15 PM

The irony here of course is if they had half a brain, they'd have him run on his record in Massachusetts as governor. After all, he not only provided the entire state with health care coverage but he also balanced the budget while doing it.

That's what the republicans "claim" they want. A balanced budget.

Of course they don't want anyone getting anything out of it.

They just want a budget for war, prisons....all the negatives in life.

They don't want education, health care, roads or infrastructure, arts and science.

They just want war and prisons.

Anything else a government cannot provide. That's their mentality. Their ideology. And they're married to it.

So we see its not a balanced budget they're after. That doesn't matter to them in reality. What matters is NO ONE GETS NUTTIN!!!

So they can't run Romney on his merits. They have to ignore them. Obscure them. Conceal them.

Because to admit that Mitt Romney balanced the budget while giving everyone health care, is to admit their f#cked up ideology, is just a sham.

    A complete sham.

This girl worked, had a job and was also a college student studying criminal justice in Memphis. When Memphis doctors gave up and referred her to Johns Hopkins (finest teaching hospital in the land where such diseases are studied) her insurance company said "NO!".

The favorite word of the simple minded Tea Party TWITS.

    NO!

So now she has HALF A MILLION dollars in medical bills and counting.

All of their savings are gone. All their money.

AND THIS is the world the republicans want for Americans.

THIS is what these inbred "geniuses" think is what Americans deserve.

The rest of the civilized world including Johnny's Canada has medical treatment. But not here.

Here, either you got HALF A MILLION bucks lying around, or you don't deserve to live.

Courtesy the republican party of idiots.

And this is just one example, with MILLIONS like it. I personally know of one such example I've written about before, where a little girl lost her leg and the insurance companies dropped her.

Her parents had to go beg for money on the internet, even though the father made 100,000 per year and had a good job and so called "good insurance".

But they dropped his daughter, calling her condition "pre-existing" (she was FOUR) and so for her to walk, they had to go out and BEG for money to pay for a prosthetic limbs.

And there's a million more cases just like these.

So when the republicans talk about "individual responsibility" and "paying your own way", just remember.

NO ONE except a few rich folks can afford medical treatment in this country today.

    NO ONE.

Because NO ONE has millions of dollars laying around to do it with.

    NO ONE.

The liberals may not be perfect and I may not agree with everything they do, but at least they TRY to do something for the people.

Republicans say screw the people, and worship the wealthy.

US cuts crop forecast as drought ravages Corn Belt

    By NBC News wire reports
Federal forecasters are predicting record prices for corn and soybeans, raising fears of a new world food crisis as the worst U.S. drought in half a century continues to punish key farm states.

The U.S. Department of Agriculture on Friday said production of U.S. corn and soybeans is expected to be down 17 percent from its forecast last month of nearly 13 billion bushels, and 13 percent lower than last year. It was the second month in a row when the USDA has cut its production estimate.

But hey, Johnny Moo Moo says "don't worry".

He says its all just worrying....not really happening....

Of course now Voltron's changing his tune.

For years he's been in here denying that we're heating up.

Now he says "ok, maybe we're warming up, but its NOT GLOBAL WARMING DAMMIT!".

    : |

He's now just 1 step behind the CEO of Exxon who now admits the planets not only warming but we're causing it.

Of course he ads the caveat that even though its warming and we're causing it, .....he claims "its not that bad".

...nahhh....not that bad....I mean, ....who needs crap like crops and stuff.....you know.....food.

Nothing to "worry" bout here folks....move along.

The nation's rangeland and pastures are faring even worse, with roughly three-fifths rated to be in poor to very poor shape - the largest area thus affected in 18 years.

Friday's USDA report amplified the troubling picture already painted a day earlier, when the latest weekly U.S. Drought Monitor map showed that the drought conditions in Plains states where production of corn and soybeans is key continue to worsen. That update showed that the expanse still gripped by extreme or exceptional drought - the two worst classifications - rose to 24.14 percent, up nearly 2 percentage points from the previous week.

After all we've got fake meat now, right?

    Oh wait....its made with soybeans.....

And this is how America's changed.

    The old way.

Science identifies a problem and together with government and private industry and a lot of smart people, work together to address it and resolve it.

    The new way.

Science identifies a problem and the republicans say "NUH UH!".

Science tries to work with government and private industry and smart people to address it and resolve it, and republicans work together against them to keep them from addressing or resolving it.

If Worfy becomes anymore full of shit he's gonna explode.

And you really don't want to get any of that on you.

As usual the inbred idiot shows up to run his mouth, yet mysteriously doesn't actually provide any facts to refute one thing I wrote.

Instead just his usual one liner insults, without any substance behind them.

Because naturally he can't refute facts, just regurgitate tired Tea Party talking points and one liner insults.

Then when they're shot down, he scurries off to his desert trailer to hide until the next time he thinks its safe to peep his little head up.

Clif kicked his ass but good the other night, and as usual the little pussy ran away and licked his wounds.

    Like he does every time.

Meanwhile I post actual news articles showing the devastation currently being inflicted on the US and the world via global warming, and the little tea party troll pops his head up again, to get it whacked some more.

He's in quite a conundrum when it comes to Romney's health care plan.

On the one hand, if he admits it works and was a success, then he defeats the entire Tea Party line of bullshit on public health care.

On the other hand, if he says it was a failure and didn't work, (which is a complete lie of course but that never stopped this dirtbag before), ....then he'd be declaring his candidate incompetent.

    ......what to do...?......

    :D

    ReplyDelete
  196. Anonymous3:06 PM

That's why he just insulted me, rather than actually addressing what I said.

    Because he can't.

All he can do is his usual kindergarten mentality "NUH UH!".

    lol

But I can't tell you about it, because my handlers won't let me since it irks the Tea Party Twits who might vote for me, so.....please forget everything I just said.

I'm Mitt Romney, and I approved this message."
