Lydia had mentioned to me this "Duck Dynasty" which is apparently a phenomenon, and not knowing what it was I googled it and started reading about this Phil Robertson character, and reading what he has to say about blacks, gays, etc.
ReplyDeleteWell, I'm reading along to the usual evangelical tea party right wing christian blather about how the gays are pervs and likening it to bestiality, etc.. how the entire tea party is coming to this clearly inbred nutjobs defense, from Ted Cruz to Sarah Palin jumping on the bandwagon lauding this clown, .....and lo and behold I'm reading along and turns out, the guys a pedophile.
That's right. Turns out the guy was having sex with 15 year old's. And worse, he's telling men they should all marry 15 year old's.
So there you go. There's your Tea Party with their "Family values".
Sure they love children. So much they even love having sex with them.
Boy, I bet A&E is glad they decided to ignore this guys obvious racism and bigotry and buckle to the handful of losers who support this sort of trash and bring his show back on after deciding to cancel it.

The right wing are the only ones supporting this fellow. They support this guy. They wrote in by the tens of thousands. Ted Cruz held rallies. Sarah Palin went on television defending him.
ReplyDeleteSo I'm confused. If this were a liberal or heaven forbid one of "the gays" sleeping with 15 year old kids, and going on television and calling for others to share in this perversion, what do you think the right wing would be saying?
That's right. They'd be calling for his head on a plate.
But because its one of their own sort they're apparently fine with this guy being a pedophile and in fact support his going on national television and encouraging as many men as possible to sleep with 15 year old girls. Make them your love slave. Make them "pick your ducks". Bible in hand.
So apparently, all those jokes we used to make about inbred, inbreeding, hillbilly's, etc, are in actuality, spot on.
This is apparently what the Tea Party conservatives mean by "family values".

ReplyDeleteThe reason pervs and psycho bible thumper's like Robertson advise marrying the girls when they're still kids, besides of course being pervs and liking sex with minors, (Robertson was an adult when he married his own child bride) is because its easier to brainwash and control them when they're still children. By the time they reach adulthood, you've got them trained. As Robertson himself openly declares.

Have the older adult males marry young children. Then they can brainwash them and keep them locked into eternal submission to the cult and of course the will of their masters, their "husbands".
The Mormons did it. Mormon splinter groups do it today. Jim Jones and many of the other cults did it. That's what they got Warren Jeff's in the Colorado City Mormon splinter group for. Not just polygamy, But "marrying" 15 year old's. Having sex with minors.
And yet here we have the entire Tea Party and their leaders, including Ted Cruz and Sarah Palin herself, defending that very thing.

ReplyDeleteThe guy has a masters degree in education, and taught school before inventing his brand of duck call that made him a multi-millionaire .......he also was a couple of years ahead of Terry Bradshaw in the same college and turned down an NFL chance with the Washingtion Redskins for a career as a professional sportsman.
He is playing to the rubes like Palin, Limbaugh do, etc does for all the money he makes off of it. None of them live anywhere near a true redneck trailer park nor would be caught dead in one, unless their scams require them to act the part for a couple of hours..
Heck his company grew from 15 to 75 employees with all the free exposure A&E gave him which has to translate to many more millions, yea he'll keep up the redneck act as long as the green keeps rollin' in. But he is in it fer the money and not much else.
