A Public Apology to Kelsey Grammer from Lydia Cornell
"Kelsey and I Were Both Framed by the Same Stalker!"
Truth is stranger than fiction. Lydia Cornell has been through a traumatic year, and I sat down with her to get a glimpse of the strange things going on in her life with men, and the incident regarding "suing" Kelsey Grammer - which came about because of a stalker.
1)Lydia, tell us about "suing" Kelsey Grammer - which came about because of a stalker.
"I found out I was suing Kelsey Grammer when I read the headlines on TMZ, Huffington Post, Daily Mail, Radar Online, The New York Post, and Yahoo in June of 2012: 'Kelsey Grammer Sued by Lydia Cornell After Both Get Duped in Ponzi Scheme,' says Lydia Cornell. When I tried to protest and correct the story, my counsel put a gag order on me. Then I discovered that the co-counsel in our case was a convicted felon posing as a lawyer who became my stalker who was really a hairdresser who had never gone to law school. And this was the person making most of the legal decisions in our case.
My question is: why can't I have a normal stalker like Sheryl Crow has?
On September 13, 2012, I was granted a dismissal with prejudice from the civil case. But just when I thought it couldn't get any weirder, my stalker, impersonating an "Attorney General", indicted me in the RICO act and named me as a defendant in my own lawsuit, along with our Judge (Hon. Jan Pluim); his Clerk, Kelsey Grammer, Gene Simmons, Corbin Bleu, James Hillis Ford, and all my fans and friends on Facebook, including acclaimed filmmaker Lonnie Senstock and Security expert Glen Ratcliff. He indicted me as a criminal in my own case against the alleged organized criminals! This was a Three Stooges court moment; one of the funniest moments in court history.
I try to turn every tragedy into comedy, but this is no laughing matter. I am in fear for my life. This man violated my restraining order, posted death threats along with my home address, stole the identity of an authentic war hero, bullied my gay friends - and got the tabloids to go along with it.
Then something so terrifying happened, it could only occur in a David Lynch-Alfred Hitchcock movie. Since this is an ongoing investigation, there are secrets I'm not allowed to disclose yet. But it's as bizarre as a true-life version of "Breaking Bad."
I am no longer suing Kelsey Grammer, never intended to sue him, and hope any damage to his reputation is repaired."
Cornell, a beloved sex symbol best known for the classic series "Too Close for Comfort," more recently seen on HBO's "Curb Your Enthusiasm" and several award-winning independent films, has spent the better part of the last decade raising boys, working as an activist for women's issues, writing her upcoming humor book series, and preparing her return to TV and the airwaves, including her show "On the Edge w/ Lydia Cornell." Her show will broadcast on the top-rated iTunes radio network "Beats and Eats". Also featured on their network is former star of MTV's "Awkward", Matthew Fahey, "Hell's Kitchen" chefs Barret Beyer & Anthony Rodriguez, and sports broadcasters-turned-pop-culture podcasters, Ty Ray and Nick Gelso. Cornell's show discusses issues including paranormal sex, celebrity horror stories, spiritual recovery, and how to overcome hardship with humor. Her motto is: "If all you did was just look for things to appreciate, you would live a joyous, spectacular life."
Finding humor in the darkest places, Cornell's spiritual resurrection story is about overcoming drug, alcohol, and Adderall addiction, tragedy, abuse, betrayal, and divorce, and being defrauded by the husband who abandoned the family and forced her into bankruptcy. "But I couldn't leave my marriage sooner because I was getting too much comedy material out of it," she writes.

ReplyDeleteI saw Billy Jack when it first came out in the theaters, it was big stuff. Its always sad to see the icons of your youth pass into the eternities. Otoole was one of the greats. A legend. Very sad.
ReplyDeleteValerie Runyan Houghton and her daughter (Hillary Applegate) are stalkers by trade. They make millions of dollars from stalking people involved in litigation. If you live is Silicon Valley and have a court case, you might never know that the Houghton’s have hacked you.
ReplyDeleteThe Houghton’s have a private gang that they employ to capture the WIFI or Bluetooth signal from your phone. They only need about a minute to hack your phone. Then Hillary Applegate will send a text with a link that she will open herself (smishing). At this point, your phone will be cloned and the Houghton’s will have complete control over it.
The Houghton gang consists of young Latino men. Most of them wear red articles of clothing. They were likely already part of a street gang. This makes sense. The gang members likely stay quiet if caught and work on the cheap.
Their gang will do just about anything, including physical stalking, breaking into homes and cars, planting hidden cameras, tampering with food, making death threats, and harassment.
Hillary Applegate and her mother are subverting the legal system in Santa Clara County. Many lawyers will retain their “services.” No one else has their own gang to handle these activities, so there is no competition.
ReplyDeleteThe Houghton’s first gather information on both parties by hacking in order to gain leverage in the case. If a party has committed any crimes, Hillary Applegate and her mother will blackmail them and control their actions in court. Once this happens, the Houghton’s will try to gain leverage over the other party. This is done by terrorizing them into submission.
At this point, the Valerie Houghton and Hillary Applegate can control the outcome of most cases to the liking of the lawyers that retained them. They prolong the litigation and create complete chaos.
There are no rules or laws that govern this situation. Everything goes. The abuse is non-stop and can include physical assaults.
The hacking gives the Houghton’s the ability to read/write/delete emails, activate cameras/mics, see real time GPS locations, access all contacts, view passwords and browsing history, and listen to calls. With this information and access, the Houghton’s can completely ruin someone’s life. There is no way that they will not re-hack parties that buy new phones or do DFU restores. Without hacking, the Houghton’s cannot make the millions of dollars. The re-hacking attempts don’t cost them much relative to the gains. The Houghton’s will be relentless in getting back into your phone.
Here is the way that it works:
ReplyDeleteTheir gang or people around you will make demands on the Houghton’s behalf. If you don’t comply, the Houghton’s will turn up the heat. Everything is on the table: your health, career, freedom, ability to see your children, ability to live indoors, and peace of mind are just some of the things that the Houghton’s can take away from you.
As far as the party engaged in criminal activity, no one wants to go to jail. They will do anything that Houghton’s ask, including liquidating their assets and emptying their bank accounts.
By unitizing the gang and others to make demands, the Houghton’s have plausible deniability. And most will never be able to pinpoint Hillary Applegate’s and Valerie Houghton’s involvement because the lawyers don’t disclose retaining them. It’s only if you, personally, have retained Ms. Houghton, can you ever conceive of their actions.
Pinpointing what is going on is only one hurdle. The Houghton’s are protected by District Attorney Jeff Rosen. The Houghton’s have no fear of ever being prosecuted for their actions. They can freely do whatever they want, including threatening to kill your children on social media.
ReplyDeleteThe Houghton’s have poisoned me so many times that now my testicles have atrophied, all my organs are damaged, and the shape of my face has changed. I also have trouble swallowing and lost sensation across my entire body.
I told Jeff Rosen all about physical assaults and the fact that Ms. Houghton was sex trafficking my children. At the time, I was sure that Mr. Rosen would do something to protect me and my kids. But all he did was file charges AGAINST ME. I didn’t even commit a crime. The whole goal was to bring the matter to competency proceedings and discredit me.

The Houghton’s have ruined my life because I don’t agree to stop trying to protect my children. They want me to stop and submit to helping them cover up their crimes against me and my kids.
Many other parents complain about the same conduct from the Houghton’s.

ReplyDeleteDaya Baran walked in on his father-in-law molesting his toddler. When he tried to do something to protect the child form further abuse, the Houghton’s had him poisoned and prosecuted. As a result of the poisoning, Mr. Baran became a diabetic and the pigmentation in his face was damaged. He also lost all contact with his daughter.
There is no doubt that he was also hacked. He mentioned being terrorized.

If you see Valerie Houghton’s LinkedIn profile, it might offer a clue as to which attorneys she and Ms. Applegate are working with. There seems to be trend of commenting and/or liking posts by BJ Fadem and Hoover Krepelka.

There is also a past history of the Houghton’s being involved with Heather Allan and Eva Martelle. For Ms. Martelle, you can see a person’s review on Valerie Houghton’s Yelp page. Xavier P. claims that he was referred to Ms. Houghton by Martelle. He says that Ms. Houghton treated him without empathy, stonewalled him, mixed up the story, and did nothing to settle the case. When he complained to Eva Martelle, she dropped him as a client.
I have no doubt that the parties were hacked. My belief is that the Houghton’s could not gain leverage in the case.

I just wanted her to mediate a simple settlement with my ex, but after three long trips from the north peninsula to San Jose, I finally gave up. She is cold and rude, in fact that is why she insisted I drive the second and third times, because she felt she doesn't come off well over the phone. Well I can tell you it's no better in person, complete lack of empathy. She is unprepared, several times I sat there thinking about my money ticking away as she looked up this or that on the internet and read it during the session. She is disorganized and unresponsive, she repeatedly misconstrued the state of progress and failed to take the next steps because she incorrectly remembered something, she repeatedly failed to return my emails and text messages, and if she did she scrambled the story, so there was never any progress. At one point I found out she did actually hear back from my ex, but she failed to inform me or follow up with her. $750 and three hours of driving, for nothing. I emailed, texted and called several times but Houghton just ignored me. I was looking for help but got more headaches than when I started.
BTW: Houghton was referred to me by Eva Martelle, family court lawyer in San Jose. When I called Eva back to report the frustrating story she said "Sorry, we don't represent you." I wasn't hoping for much, but wasn't expecting that kind of brush off...
2016: Houghton indicted on 50 felony charges:
Heather Allan was minor’s counsel for Violet Brooks kids. The three girls were being sexually molested. Ms. Allan did nothing to stop the abuse of her young clients and brought in Valerie Houghton as the “expert witness.” The poor girls had to wait until they turned 18 to take legal action. Hillary Applegate only pretends to be a hotshot tech founder. Her company, Digital HQ, is only a shell company to process payments and declare an income for her hacking enterprise. She has paid thousands of dollars monthly for articles to be written about her; It is all a façade.

Before having her “A-ha moment” and opening her own “company,” Hillary Applegate used to work for WomenSV. This was a sham charity that duped domestic violence victims into leaving behind their electronic devices. They were subsequently hacked.
Victims also were referred to nefarious lawyers. The agency would then coordinate with these lawyers.
Poeple would also go here for the wrong reasons. This is how Valerie Houghton got on my case.

Valerie Houghton just turns it all around on her victim. She pretends not be the person with sickness. Her victim is either mentally incompetent (as she is trying to do to me) or a straight-out pervert (like Clyde Berg).

When Mr. Berg tried to get his money back, he was suddenly arrested for tying up a pregnant woman, putting a dog collar on her, then raping her with a golf putter. This poor guy was in his 80’s and had no criminal history.
Only an incredibly sick person could come up with this sexual fantasy.
After spending $3,000,000 on attorney fees and spending 8 days in jail, Berg was eventually found factually innocent.

I have asked District Attorney Jeff Rosen many times to refer my kids to the Child Advocacy Center (CAC) so that they could get a screening. He is in charge of the CAC and has a duty to make referrals. They cannot conduct a screening with one.

ReplyDeleteValerie Houghton once was a presenter at a parental alienation conference. She talked about a nine-year old asking about the definition of “prostitution.” Then Ms. Houghton went on to say that “molesting goats [kids] is not reportable.”
