You have to see this video EYE OF THE SPARROW on the blog: Jim Leher's voice is hilarious! Obama and Romney are done by BAD LIP READING.
ReplyDeleteI can't stop laughing.
Stop laughing.
ReplyDeleteOkay,I laughed once......Volts joke was far funnier. Much funnier, however, is Worf's and Lydia's love life......LOL!
ReplyDeleteI know people and Romney looks like a HUGE snake in my opinion.
I like Obama and know he inherited pure bullshit at his inauguration......period!
Cliffy said
ReplyDelete"The "good vs evil" is so two dimensional that the movie is quite predictable"
Well,Cliffy, unlike you who believes in "Fifth dimensions" and fantasy Jesus lands I truly know that everything must have balance.............FACT! And, this includes your global warming.
One extreme or the other on any spectrum is always doomed...........period!
One extreme or the other on any spectrum is always doomed...........period!
ReplyDeleteTry telling that to a black hole, like the super massive black hole at the centrer of our galaxy.
PS: Global Warming isn't an extreme, just the scientific way the planets climate is responding to the burning of hundreds of millions of years of sequestered carbon in a couple of centuries time frames.
"Fifth dimensions" and fantasy Jesus lands
nice try at stating something I never said mook mook;
Must have hit a nerve with the Jc-superman hero comment.
or maybe fantasy combat .....
There you go again ... trying to erect straw-man arguments, when you got nothing left and your childish antics are pointed out .
"Global Warming isn't an extreme"
ReplyDeleteBaloney,it is an imbalance in our natural habitat that threatens our very way of life......period! If it were balanced (two dimensional) then we wouldn't have to worry dumb-dumb!
LOL
: D
Puhhhhhhleeeease Cliffy!
it is an imbalance in our natural habitat that threatens our very way of life.
ReplyDeleteToo bad your psychological reaction to the science of the physical reality global warming presents has no relation to how global warming is going to proceed.
Simple the planet doesn't care, how bad the climate that is created by the reaction to humanity's burning fossil fuels is to us.
We do, but then again not too much apparently by the way we keep burning more and more each and every year, given how the process is going to work out in the end.
BTW mook mook, our natural habitat isn't "natural" historically ......... much more extreme environments have existed on the planet in the past.
ReplyDeleteJust ask those species who succumbed to the PETM crisis, or the species who didn't make it past the K-T boundary.
ReplyDeleteLet alone thwe 90% of the planets living creatures who didn't survive the Permain-Triassic Boundary
The planet just keeps going and going no matter how "extreme" the environment gets, and no matter why.
ReplyDeleteCliffy said
ReplyDelete"Try telling that to a black hole, like the super massive black hole at the centrer of our galaxy"
Yes,exactly like a black hole where light, space, and time itself cease to exist.
You are more than welcome to live in one if you find balance within it.............LOL!
But,of course you wouldn't,Cliffy, because we all know you need balance to live........period!
Well that is until the sun exhausts the supply of hydrogen that is. Then the sun has to start using larger atoms in the fusion reactions that power it, each larger atom will increase the energy levels. This will allow the energy from the reactions to stretch the surface of the sun against gravity until around 5 billions years in the future when the solar circumference will be large enough to include the orbit of planet earth.
ReplyDeleteNever said there was balance in a black hole mook mook, but it is extreme but NOT doomed as you claimed every extreme is.
ReplyDelete"Simple the planet doesn't care, how bad the climate that is created by the reaction to humanity's burning fossil fuels is to us."
ReplyDeleteI don't care if global warming is caused from dirty underwear or car exhaust.......it's still an imbalance.
If its not "balanced" then it is imbalanced......period! Absolute zero or 10,00000 million degrees Celsius just doesn't cut it on the ant-farm.....LOL!
Funny but the "balance" doesn't exist on a very finite planet because far too many people are trying to live an unsustainable lifestyle by burning every shrinking fossil fuels, in ever increasing amounts which is resulting in the release of more and more amounts of formerly sequestered carbon which is resulting in an increase in the energy amounts retained in the planets climate.
ReplyDeleteThe "imbalance" was built into the equation by the idea we can have ever increasing growth in a finite system.
Which by definition impossible.
"but it is extreme but NOT doomed"
ReplyDeleteReally,Cliffy, then it must be infinite. But if it were infinite then it or the universe could not have had a beginning taco breath.
Try again Cliffy........LOL!
True balance would come from sustainable living, which is the opposite of unfettered capitalism and ever increasing growth.
ReplyDeletepolitically this isn't on any parties agenda, nor will, it be in the near future.
But given the dilemma presented by the situation the conflict between a finite physical system and economic and political system which requires infinite growth to keep operation in a normal sense,
The dilemma will keep coming and coming until the artificial systems we created to operate our societies collapse. like all infinite abstract systems do when confronted with very real physical limits.
The bad is far too many humans depend totally on the artificial abstract systems of capitalistic money and infinite growth for their subsistence.
When the planets limits really present themselves, the dilemma will be very obvious and vicious at the same time.
Yes,exactly like a black hole where light, space, and time itself cease to exist.
ReplyDeleteWe don't know that space and time cease to exist. Its a theory but we've never been in one and cannot look inside one like we can look at other deep space objects. We can't take measurements, etc.
All we really know is anything near one is sucked in, and disappears beyond the event horizon.
Where it goes is the question.
See mook mook, global warming is just one symptom of the problems of infinite growth on a finite planet.
ReplyDelete"The "imbalance" was built into the equation"
ReplyDeleteGlad you agree with me Cliffy!!!Thereby you cannot mock my dualist belief or grin at my black & white attitude.
Actually inside a black hole, time cannot cease to exist because time is woven into the four dimensional space-time ...
ReplyDeletefor time to cease to exist the space-time dimension would have to be broken, and nothing in the theory of relativity suggest that;
however time can slow down so that from our limit ability to experience time, our perception would be time stopped.
ReplyDeleteLight, matter, energy, even gravity are pulled in and disappear.
One common theory and one that certainly provides for the plausibility of some sort of afterlife is that its a hole to another dimension.
"The "imbalance" was built into the equation"
ReplyDeleteGlad you agree with me Cliffy!!!Thereby you cannot mock my dualist belief or grin at my black & white attitude.
Sorry but a dualist ideology is not the only way to look at the dilemma presented by a infinite growth abstract system impossibility of lasting for a long term in a very finite physical planet.
The dilemma isn't just an either or dilemma, but a very real problem with many different solutions, some unsustainable, some very very extreme, but not just two solutions, like dualism claims.
Sorry, didn't mean to step on anyone there. You know black hole talks going to get me going lol.
ReplyDelete"But given the dilemma presented by the situation the conflict between a finite physical system and economic and political system which requires infinite growth to keep operation in a normal sense,
ReplyDeleteThe dilemma will keep coming and coming until the artificial systems we created to operate our societies collapse. like all infinite abstract systems do when confronted with very real physical limits."
Not bad Cliffy,your learning.
Its spelled "you're learning".
ReplyDeleteNo problem, I was just pointing out to mook mook there are extreme things which are not;
ReplyDeletealways doomed...........period!
as he claimed.
The limitations he imposes on himself with his ritualistic world view is another. An extreme way of looking at things which isn't doomed, just very limiting when he tries to make sense of the planet, it's ecosystems political systems and even the universe.
Dualism is very closed minded way of looking at everything.
And when are you gonna start?
ReplyDeleteFunny mook mook,
ReplyDeletenot true in reality, but what ever helps your psyche keep from looking at reality.
Clif said
ReplyDeleteNo problem, I was just pointing out to mook mook there are extreme things which are not;

Its much easier to toss ones arms up in despair and declare "we're doomed" than actually do the hard work of doing something about it.
He reminds of me of "Dr. Smith" on the old 60's show "Lost in Space".
ReplyDeleteRather than fight or run from an alien monster he'd just plop down and start moaning, "we're doomed, doomed".
Then Will and the Robot always had to haul his ass back the space ship before the monster got him.
Looks like mook mook has slunk back to his fantasy combat dimension, to avoid the reality of getting his arse handed to him again here.
ReplyDeleteRefusing to address global warming is beyond lazy.
ReplyDeleteIts practically criminal when viewed from a generational perspective.
Those coming after us, are going to not judge us so easily.
Those of us who worked to conceal the science, fight against it, etc will be seen as ignorant negligent criminals who intentionally destroyed their habitat over selfish and greedy reasons.
Those of us who let them, will be seen as those who stood by and did nothing.
Sort of like watching a mugging.
Gee,Cliffy, how nice of you to comfortably dismiss my 6:02pm post which destroys you and your theory........LOL!
ReplyDeleteGee,Cliffy, how nice of you to comfortably dismiss my 6:02pm post which destroys you and your theory........LOL!
ReplyDeleteYou idiot,
black holes cannot be infinite.
Neither can anything except possibly the universe, in the dimension we exist in.
Nothing destroyed except your grasp on reality.
Try using a little real science, not your dualism to explore reality.
ReplyDeleteOh wait
ReplyDeleteit's your fictional claim
of being #1
of something,
not reality
your interested in.
My bad, carry on in your delusional world view.
"Actually inside a black hole, time cannot cease to exist because time is woven into the four dimensional space-time"
ReplyDeleteWow,Cliffy journeyed inside a black hole and took measurements........pretty good!
However:
"At the center of a black hole lies the singularity, where matter is crushed to infinite density, the pull of gravity is infinitely strong, and spacetime has infinite curvature. Here it's no longer meaningful to speak of space and time, much less spacetime. Jumbled up at the singularity, space and time cease to exist as we know them."
Sorry but you obviously don't understand the theory that underlies black holes.
ReplyDeleteWhich is why you went looking for a definition,
NOT how a black hole works.
a definition from the inter-tubes isn't the same as the science.
You just called yourself an IDIOT Cliffy........LOL!
ReplyDeleteCliffy said:
"Never said there was balance in a black hole mook mook, but it is extreme but NOT doomed"
5:50 PM
Well if its not DOOMED Einstein then what is it.....LOL!?
Gotcha Cliffy!!!!!!!!
"Sorry but you obviously don't understand the theory that underlies black holes."
ReplyDeleteObviously,you don't. Even Worf said:

Gotcha Cliffy!!!!!!!!
6:50 PM
a black hole
billions upon billions of them exist in the universe.
Non seem doomed by any science I know of,
however Steven Hawking believes they might be able to radiate themselves away ........
got yer self mook mook
Sorry but the entire theory of black holes depends on the General theory of relativity.
ReplyDeleteNothing in the theory demands time or space cease to exist.
Only that the gravity of the black hole is stronger then any energy of anything inside to escape.
Anything else is speculation, NOT fact, which means you have gotten nobody except your dualist limits again.
Gotchya,Cliffy...........I am "The One."
ReplyDelete: D
"At the center of a black hole as described by general relativity lies a gravitational singularity,
ReplyDeletea region where the spacetime curvature becomes infinite."
infinite not cease to exist as I read it.
Try a little science and you'll see that your dualism is very limited.
and you claims wrong again.
"billions upon billions of them exist in the universe.
ReplyDeleteNon seem doomed by any science I know of"
Hence,my superior remark:
Really,Cliffy, then it must be infinite. But if it were infinite then it or the universe could not have had a beginning.
Sorry mook mook but your remark makes no sense;
ReplyDeleteIE it is nonsense.
But then again that is coming from somebody childish enough to keep claiming of being #1 for some reason.
ReplyDeleteThere is NO reason something extreme like a black hole mucst be infinite, because we know of ways of very limited physical objects creating something like a black hole.
ReplyDeleteIE a star with 10 solar masses collapsing in upon itself when it exhausts it's nuclear fuel, would create a black hole, and since we know it's mass we know it cannot be infinite.
Even the black hole at the center of the Milky way has a finite mass, hence it cannot be infinite.
thus your comment makes no sense.
Something of limited mass cannot be infinite.
ReplyDeleteexcept in your deluded dualist world view it seems.
ReplyDelete"Sorry mook mook but your remark makes no sense"
ReplyDeleteThat is because the good Lord didn't give you a brain.
You claim that black holes are not doomed. If they are never doomed then I must conclude that they are infinite dumb-ass. But if they are infinite then they could not have had a beginning?????????????????????????????????????????/
If they are never doomed then I must conclude that they are infinite dumb-ass. But if they are infinite then they could not have had a beginning?????????????????????????????????????????/
ReplyDeleteReally that is your proof?????
I must conclude
the problem is YOUR CONCLUSION,
there is nothing in science that dictates your conclusion.
Hense it is non-sense.
There is NO reason from what we know of that black holes mucst be infinite or doomed as your conclude.
ReplyDeleteBut since YOU concluded thus, it must be so???????
ReplyDeleteHope this isn't how you deal with reality outside the tubes.
The black hole at the center of the Milky Way has around 2.6 million solar masses.
ReplyDeletethat is pretty large by any account,
but far from infinite
"but it is extreme but NOT doomed"
ReplyDeleteNow Cliffy says.......
"Something of limited mass cannot be infinite."
WTF?????
You are virtually arguing with yourself Cliffy due to the fact that I originally indicated that "anything extreme is doomed."
:D
I am "The One."
BTW the radius of the event zone (where light cannot escape) is larger then the orbit of earth, the center actual singularity is always very very small,
ReplyDeleteneither infinite BTW
"There is NO reason from what we know of that black holes mucst be infinite or doomed as your conclude"
ReplyDeleteWeak,Cliffy,very weak.
: |
Your problem is the luny logic you use, claiming anything extreme must be infinite.
ReplyDeleteNothing from the scientific claims that.
Black Holes are extreme gravity as we know it, but NOT infinite.
Nor are they"doomed" what ever you mean by that.
Nothing in the universe could doom them.
You luny logic not withstanding
sorry but you set up a logic with NO scientific grounding, and then want to force fit reality inside it.
ReplyDeleteweak mook mook
I originally indicated that "anything extreme is doomed."
ReplyDeletewith nothing except your luny logic to back it up .......
Actually,I just gotchya again Cliffy..........LOL!
ReplyDeletePay close attention.
"Even the black hole at the center of the Milky way has a finite mass, hence it cannot be infinite."
7:07 PM
But, then........
"There is NO reason from what we know of that black holes mucst be infinite or doomed"
7:15 PM
: |
"Even the black hole at the center of the Milky way has a finite mass, hence it cannot be infinite."
ReplyDeleteThe center of the Milky Way has a black hole of infinite mass'
"There is NO reason from what we know of that black holes mucst be infinite or doomed"
and nothing in the theory of General Relativity demands black holes be infinite.
you have NOTHING again mook mook except your delusions.
musct is a typo, for must
try some real science not just your delusional pronouncements
"Your problem is the luny logic you use, claiming anything extreme must be infinite"
ReplyDeleteHogwash,I have never said that. It was simply a speculation/argument to your own absurd logic of which I was hoping for a reasonable response.
Anyways,Cliffy, its always a pleasure ripping your turban. But,I must turn in now.
ReplyDeleteToodles
"Your problem is the luny logic you use, claiming anything extreme must be infinite"
ReplyDeleteHogwash,I have never said that. It was simply a speculation/argument to your own absurd logic of which I was hoping for a reasonable response.
Really??????????
One extreme or the other on any spectrum is always doomed...........period!
Then
"but it is extreme but NOT doomed"
Really,Cliffy, then it must be infinite.
both your unsupported unscientific claims
you said it and now deny it;
Romnesia I see.
run away mook mook when called on your luny logic like you always do.
ReplyDeletego play your fictional combat to make your self feel better
BTW; Global warming isn't extreme, unless you are a species, which developed all of their social, cultural, and economic systems, in a climate that is being destroyed, by an extreme version of said economic/political ideology, which demands infinite growth on a finite planet.
ReplyDeleteFrom a historical perspective the climate we are moving toward isn't extreme except to warm blooded mammals, who cannot live in a climate where wet bulb temps exceed 95% form a good portion of the day in summer time, and of course where the climate becomes too unstable to operate the industrial agriculture systems we feed the vast majority of humanity
Then you as a species might have a problem,
"Really,Cliffy, then it must be infinite"
ReplyDeleteThat,Cliffy,my dear friend, was JMM sarcasm......LOL!
Thus, you have nothing. But,I vehemently stand by my conviction that any one sided extreme is doomed.......period!
And this includes both love & hate.
I vehemently stand by my conviction
ReplyDeleteLike most extremists do mook mook
^That^ is how you rip a turban mook mook
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the rest of your evening.
ReplyDeleteclif said...
ReplyDeleteThere is NO reason something extreme like a black hole mucst be infinite, because we know of ways of very limited physical objects creating something like a black hole.
Actually Clif is right here Johnny.
In fact some black holes are extremely small.
...teensy weensy.
ReplyDeleteJohnny said...
ReplyDeleteI vehemently stand by my conviction that any one sided extreme is doomed.......period!
So you have an extreme..one sided extreme conviction that any one sided extreme is doomed.
: |
ReplyDelete.....wouldn't that mean your own conviction cancels out your own conviction?
In other words mook mooks convictions are doomed to contract into a black hole?????
ReplyDelete.... wait isn't that where they already come from??
ReplyDelete
ReplyDelete....where neither light nor gravity can escape.
The first black hole found to be littered with empty beer bottles circling the event horizon.
ReplyDelete....and cigarette butts....
ReplyDeleteGee,how nice of you guys to decide of your own accord that my opinion......."everything must have balance and that one extreme or the other on any spectrum is always doomed".......... is extreme.
ReplyDeleteJust because I am vehement about this doesn't make it an extreme point of view.
Actually Johnny, you need to look at your position if you think that.
ReplyDeleteBecause it is extreme.
You don't see things usually must have balance. You say they "ALWAYS" must have balance thus negating any action in one direction or the other.
That of course is not true. There are circumstances and things in life where "all in" to one side or another is necessary. Like war for example. Once you go to war, for real, you commit. There is no "balance" until the wars over.
We didn't go into Normandy France with "balance".
As those us of who grew up in WWII households always heard ....
"we threw everything we had at them".
There isn't always two sides to every position.
There isn't always balance.
USUALLY there's balance or should be, but not ALWAYS.
By declaring ALWAYS and "PERIOD" you take your position to the EXTREME, not allowing for "balance" on your own position on balance.
Also, your position is designed to promote apathy, and you sell it with all the fervor of a fanatic.
So.....
Remember Danielson......sometimes you have to just "Wax on" rather than "Wax on Wax off".
ReplyDelete: D
Now show me .....paint the fence.
Mook mook atheists can be as fanatical as jihadists ........ they just don't use 5000, 2000 or 1300 year second hand stories to justify their extremism.
ReplyDeleteBesides the flying spaghetti monster says your just plain wrong,
he told me..
Sorry, guys, but I'm in way over my head with work......terribly busy! Will continue this most enjoyable conversation when I have a little more free time.
ReplyDeleteThanx
JMM
How come whenever he's losing a debate he's "swamped with work"?
ReplyDelete
ReplyDeleteGet to work MOO MOO! Quit slackin!
Sling that mud!
How come whenever he's losing a debate he's "swamped with work"?
ReplyDeleteBut worf, he claimed to be way in over his head.
... he just tried to claim it was work not his own revelation of his extreme views that put him there.
cut him some slack, at least he admits his extreme views.
ReplyDelete..he's a slacker. Gonna dock his pay.
Well I'm about to get clobbered by another monster storm caused by the global warming that Voltron claims isn't really happening.
ReplyDeleteGee I'm lucky I got him to set me straight, otherwise I'd have to believe my lying eyes.
They're calling this one "Frankenstorm".
ReplyDeleteTwo monster storms colliding. Might last for days.
Hope they're wrong.
You all battened down down there Clif?
ReplyDeleteI know Volty will tell you its nothing to worry about but....I'm getting ready.
Well when Johnny comes back, I'd like him to tell me about La Ville Souterraine in Montreal. I'm fascinated by this underground city. I'd like to see it.
ReplyDeleteI think the Earthquake must have gotten Johnny.
ReplyDeleteNever heard of " La Ville Souterraine" Worf despite my being French Canadian and having been to Montreal??
ReplyDeleteDoes look & sound interesting though.
I'm far more familiar with Toronto and area.
BTW,I finished that job with CGC "Dust Control".........I love it!
The homeowner did ask "Rona" for "Topcoat" but they don't carry it. They told her that CGC Dust Control is very similar so she got that.
Very good stuff and I will never switch back. Thanx for the tip.
Worf, are you able to view this video I made years ago??
ReplyDeletehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lRnra0KRnDk
Yea I saw it.
ReplyDeleteSo you liked the low dust stuff. Cool.
I'll take a 5 percent consultants fee on all work heretofore.
:D
By the way, who's "Rona"?
ReplyDeleteHmmmmmmm............You Tube said it was blocked in the U.S???
ReplyDeleteRona is a building supplier like "Home Depot."
The cheque for your 5 percent consultants fee is in the mail........please wait by your mail box daily!
I'm out there now...nothing yet.
ReplyDeleteMaybe I didn't see that one. I saw one about war you told me to watch. Set to music.
ReplyDeleteRona. Weird.
ReplyDeleteNo,this video is different......"BIlly Jack!"
ReplyDelete210,000 hits
Billy Jack? As in Tom Laughlin? Or the song One Tin Soldier?
ReplyDeleteGee Worfy, according to a new study you're a dullard!
ReplyDeleteFact. Alcohol shrinks your brain.
ReplyDeleteMaybe I'm not the brightest bulb on the tree but at least I'm not getting dumber by shrinking my brain with booze.
Yes,Billy Jack as in Tom Laughlin. Did you try the link I posted?
ReplyDeleteIve had it with You Tube and their complete lack of respect regarding the "Fair use policy." I'm transferring everything over to my new Google video account.
I do find that people who don't consume alcohol are dullards, however, the intelligence thingy is kinda hard to believe.
ReplyDeleteIf it were true then Mensa could open a chapter on skid row.
ReplyDeleteYea, tried the link. Said blocked.
ReplyDeleteI saw Billy Jack in the theaters when it came out. Karate was just coming on the scene in the US as something more than what we saw on the Green Hornet.
"I'm going to kick you with this foot...on that side of your face...and there's not a damned thing you're gonna do about it"
ReplyDeleteThanx,Worf, for checking.......I,ll be sure to remember you in my will!
ReplyDeleteHere is the link to my "Billy Jack" video which created many a heated debate on my You-Tube site.........hundreds of comments from both liberals and conservatives.

ReplyDeleteTry this if it doesn't work. It will take you to my homepage.

The link worked for me.
ReplyDeleteAlso use firefox.
I'm just messing with ya. jeesh.
ReplyDeleteEveryone wants me to see Billy Jack?
I;ve seen it. Lots of times.
ReplyDeleteThat's why I can quote from it. That's why I know the name of the theme song. It was one of the biggest cult flicks around when I was young. We all started wearing the Billy Jack Jean Jacket. They wanted him to look tough but not like a hood, not leather, so they put him in one of those Levi's Jean Jackets and then we all started wearing them.
Gotta remember, there wasn't nearly as many movies back then as there are now to choose from. We all saw the same movies, tv shows, etc.
ReplyDeleteBilly Jack is the best.
ReplyDelete: D
Coven
ReplyDeleteEnter the Dragon, was the best.
ReplyDeleteAnd its a shame we have to wait until major MONSTER storms like this....you know...the ones Clif and I were in here WARNING you two idiots about for the past several years now, and that SCIENCE has been warning us about now for over a decade.....before people actually DO something about it.
ReplyDeleteBut it looks like the MONUMENTAL cost from this one, is going to finally put the pressure on the govt to act, and ignore all the LYING, IGNORANT THROW BACK IDIOTS out there spending their time trying to find ways and arguments to convince people either its not real or we're not helping escalate it.
It is.
We are.
And we can do something about it if we can get past the stupid, ignorant greedy "OIL GOD WORSHIPING" idiots who want to keep pushing war for oil rather than actually doing something about it.
Now its time for the smugly self superior idiot number 1 to come in and post some republican backed talking point bullshit, to explain how its not global warming or if it is its not us impacting it.
ReplyDeleteWe can do something about this, "MAYBE", ....but not until we get past the LAZY BRAINED IDIOTS that are the Tea Party twits.
"Now its time for the smugly self superior idiot number 1 to come in and post some republican backed talking point bullshit, to explain how its not global warming or if it is its not us impacting it."
ReplyDeleteActually, the "Smugly self superior idiot number 1" would be.....
(drum roll please)
YOU.
Gee, another "I know you are but what am I?" from idiot number 1.
ReplyDeleteWhod've thunk it?
ReplyDeleteYet I'm not the one out working to deny global warming, while half the country is being destroyed by it.
But hey, look at it this way.
ReplyDeleteAt least you're number 1.
Global Warming didn't cause Hurricane Sandy.
ReplyDeleteWhat it did was make it much, much larger and more devastating than it would have been.
Now mayors and governors of states are being told by insurance companies that they HAVE TO RAISE homes higher, and push sea walls back because global warming is raising sea levels.
If they want to remain insured, then the Insurance carriers are telling them they HAVE TO RESPOND TO CLIMATE CHANGE and take appropriate steps.
Or they'll lose their coverage.
ReplyDeleteYet for the past 10 years, we've had these right wing PIGS, .....all over the internet, like we have in here with our in house lazy brained porker, Voltron, lying and trying to discredit the science.
Its not their place. They're not scientists. Neither am I. Its scientists place to tell us what's up in science. And they did.
ALL OF THEM.
Every single scientific body of every nation that has one has confirmed the science.
But the right wing Tea Party of the United States has worked like the devil, to deny science and halt any progress.
10 years ago they said in 10 years it may be too late.
Now, 10 years later, after 10 years of denying, ...the right wing pigs have done their work well.
They trampled the science, limited and curbed almost all serious efforts, and kept the blood and oil flowing in the middle east.
This will be their legacy.
Lets hope its not ours.
10 years ago science predicted exactly what we are seeing now.
ReplyDeleteThe monster storms, which keep growing larger and larger.
In fact, they even got together with Hollywood and made a movie about it so the slow kids could keep up.
The movie "The Day After Tomorrow" showed the devastation of Global Warming which included massive fires, tornadoes and even a mini ice age in New York. They ran the entire gamut of predictions in one movie, just to show people the potential for devastation by man made climate change.
But they wouldn't listen, they fought against it, sent their little minions out to the internet to sell their lies and misdirection, ridiculing science at every turn, ...and now, 10 years later, exactly what they said would happen, is happening.
Why do the rest of us, have to suffer for the stupidity of these simple minded drooling baboons?
Martin Hoerling, a meteorologist at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration focused on the forces influencing extreme weather, sent this note:
ReplyDelete"Great events can have little causes. In this case, the immediate cause is most likely little more that the coincidental alignment of a tropical storm with an extratropical storm. Both frequent the west Atlantic in October…nothing unusual with that. On rare occasions their timing is such as to result in an interaction which can lead to an extreme event along the eastern seaboard. As to underlying causes, neither the frequency of tropical or extratropical cyclones over the North Atlantic are projected to appreciably change due to climate change, nor have there been indications of a change in their statistical behavior over this region in recent decades" (see IPCC 2012 SREX report).

Calm down Worf.
ReplyDeleteThese little panic attacks of yours may not be as bad if you'd try a little shot of booze once in a while...
It would seem that the "stupidity" you're suffering from is only your own.

ReplyDeleteCalling a lying piece of shit a lying piece of shit is calling it like it is.
ReplyDeleteAnd you're a lying piece of shit.
ReplyDeleteWanna know why you're a lying piece of shit this time big mouth?
ReplyDeleteHere's what I said.
WORFY said...
Global Warming didn't cause Hurricane Sandy.
What it did was make it much, much larger and more devastating than it would have been.
ReplyDeleteSo big mouth, posting something that says global warming didn't CAUSE Hurricane Sandy and pretending I said it did, is why you're a lying piece of shit.
ReplyDeleteEvil little drones like you get their ass kicked, every time.
But you still come looking for more, and I'm always glad to oblige.
But I am glad you find Martin Hoerling a valid expert to quote from.
ReplyDelete"If we look at the planet as a whole, the whole average of all months of the year, we can say with great confidence that the warming of the climate system is pretty much unequivocal, and that's based on observations.
The temperature has risen. It's risen beyond what you would expect from chance - Martin Hoerling
Yes. Absolutely. When you ask the question does global warming, the increasing carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, affect weather systems? Yes, the answer would be it does
ReplyDeleteMartin Hoerling
"As we speak, the latest update, which came from the National Snow and Ice Data Center, located here in Boulder, indicates that the sea ice extent in the Arctic as of the middle of July was at its historical low, breaking the record that was set in 2007. And temperatures near the Pole are running between 11 and 14 degrees Fahrenheit warmer than normal. Now no one probably complains about that if you're at the Pole.
ReplyDeleteBut it's the canary in the coal mine.
In the Arctic we're really looking at climate change and we're looking at very significant impacts of the changing chemistry of our atmosphere." - Martin Hoerling
As usual, Voltron, loyal little stooge he is to the GOP dick he suckles off for his sense of self worth, ....cannot refute the facts I state, so instead, as ALWAYS, as he's done for SIX YEARS now,....he CHANGES my position.
ReplyDeleteThen, proceeds to post an argument against the position he MAKES UP himself.
And that is why he is a proven, lying piece of shit.
Because he gets caught lying like this, every time he comes in.
"The experiments that are used to project climate into the future are indicating that an event, a heat wave of let's say one in 100-year recurrence in the 20th century type of frequency, would happen perhaps once every 10 years, maybe once every five years.
ReplyDeleteConditions that are so uncomfortable today - the reason that you're talking to me about this today is people are uncomfortable.
If we're not adapted to the situation that we're experiencing today, we almost certainly will not be adapted to the temperature conditions that are on the horizon as we go deeper into the 21st century.
So it's a good wake-up call for us as to what climate may become as we continue to increase our emissions of carbon dioxide."
Martin Hoerling
Problem is, lazy brained people like Doltron, never wake up.
ReplyDeleteThey're too busy drinking the pee tea to see.
ReplyDeleteBut hey, look on the bright side, ..volty.
ReplyDeleteOther than denying science so as to further America's dependency on foreign oil and your occasional albeit vocal and public calls for a modern day Holocaust against Muslims, ....you're probably a pretty swell guy.
Lots of fun at parties I bet.
That fart on the lighter thing is a real knee-slapper I bet.
ReplyDelete
ReplyDelete....or do they call that a cheek-slapper?
...maybe flapper is the correct term.
ReplyDeleteWhat sucks is you don't even believe what you say. You can't anymore. That's impossible.
ReplyDeleteYou've been caught lying so many times now, caught in all sorts of lies, every time you make an argument, arguing against things I never said and acting as if it defeats what I actually said.
You must know you're doing this.
Its impossible for anyone to be so obtuse or dishonest yet be so coherent about so much else.
If you were incoherent or illiterate I could see it. But you're not.
So you must be aware of what you're doing. You clearly don't believe what you yourself are saying.
That much is evident after all these years.
But that's not what I can't figure out.
What I can't figure out, or at least haven't figured out yet, ....is whether you're doing it because you're a shill for some local chapter of your GOP or Tea Party, ...or if you just can't admit that you were wrong.
ReplyDeleteAnd if the latter is it just because you can't admit you were wrong in general, or is it that you just can't admit that you were wrong, to me.
ReplyDeleteI see this stuff first hand now ever year.
ReplyDeleteHurricane Sandy
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OZlZUsqkVx8&feature=youtu.be
Of course we don't stand there and watch our neighbors house burn or sand by the window laughing while oaks are being pulled out by their roots.
ReplyDeleteI know I'm a "dullard" and all but at least I know when to get into the basement.
This might be part of the reason sandy was the extreme never seen before storm;
ReplyDelete[PS this was written before Sandy moved into the North Atlantic]
During the past 24 hours, the models have come into better agreement about how Sandy will interact with several unusual weather features. Those converging events include a large dip in the jet stream into the eastern U.S., a powerful subtropical jet stream moving across the southern U.S., a massive area of high pressure that will be parked over northeastern Canada and southwestern Greenland, and a storm in the Central Atlantic. These features may help steer Sandy right into the Mid-Atlantic or New England.
(...)
The high pressure area near Greenland, in particular, may act as a block (it's technically known as as a “blocking high”), which may help prevent Sandy from moving out into the open ocean. While it is not unusual to have a high pressure area in that location, its intensity is striking for this time of year. As Jason Samenow of the Capital Weather Gang wrote, the North Atlantic Oscillation, which helps measure this blocking flow, "is forecast to be three standard deviations from the average — meaning this is an exceptional situation."
Recent studies have shown that blocking patterns have appeared with greater frequency and intensity in recent years, which some scientists think may be related to the loss of Arctic sea ice as a result of global warming. The 2012 sea ice melt season, which just ended one month ago, was extreme, with sea ice extent, volume, and other measures all hitting record lows. The loss of sea ice opens up large expanses of open water, which absorbs more of the incoming solar radiation and adds heat and moisture to the atmosphere, thereby helping to alter weather patterns. Exactly how weather patterns are changing as a result, however, is a subject of active research.
Here’s how the National Weather Service’s Hydrometeorological Prediction Center described the upcoming weather setup in a discussion on Wednesday, “THE ENTIRE ATLANTIC BASIN SEEMS DESTINED TO BECOME DOMINATED BY BLOCKY HIGHS AND LOWS, WITH DECREASING WIGGLE ROOM FOR EVEN LARGE FEATURES LIKE SANDY. THE BLOCKING IS KEY TO THE OPPORTUNITY FOR THE INTERACTION BETWEEN THE ATLANTIC STORM OF TROPICAL ORIGIN AND THE NORTH AMERICAN VORTEX OF POLAR ORIGIN.”

Many people are beginning to question whether the open ocean at the end of the summer melt season in the Arctic are contributing to situations like this.
While it is not unusual to have a high pressure area in that location, its intensity is striking for this time of year. ...is forecast to be three standard deviations from the average — meaning this is an exceptional situation.
Melting that is directly attributed to anthropological global warming.
Recent studies have shown that blocking patterns have appeared with greater frequency and intensity in recent years, which some scientists think may be related to the loss of Arctic sea ice as a result of global warming.

ReplyDelete..... so Global Warming might just have been responsible for steering Sandy into New Jersey, instead of turning right and drifting out into the North Atlantic to die.
AGW did not directly create sandy,
but AGW did help make it stronger
AGW did STEER it into the coast of the USA.
and of course, dummytron's dishonest talking points are useless as usual.

Good for Gov Christie to put the people of his state and responsibilities ahead of partisan politics.
Good for him being a human first politician second.
Hurricane Sandy as 'super storm': Is climate change a factor?
ReplyDeleteAs Hurricane Sandy bears down on the Eastern seaboard — laden with predictions of drenching rains, fierce winds, snow and extensive damage — some scientists are pointing out ways that climate change might be influencing hurricanes.
No single weather event, be it drought, snowfall or hurricane, is caused by climate change, climatologists say. Rather, climate change amplifies the intensity or duration of extreme weather, akin to “putting hurricanes on steroids,” writes Amanda Staudt, a climate scientist for the National Wildlife Federation, an environmental advocacy group.
“The answer to the oft-asked question of whether an event is caused by climate change is that it is the wrong question,” writes Kevin E. Trenberth, senior scientist at the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colo. “All weather events are affected by climate change because the environment in which they occur is warmer and moister than it used to be.”
Hurricane Sandy is expected to barrel into the East Coast just as a cold front moves in from Canada, creating a hybrid "super storm." The fact that the Atlantic is spawning hurricanes in late autumn may have to do with rising sea surface temperatures, recent research indicates.
Water temperature in the mid-Atlantic this year is in fact 5 degrees Fahrenheit higher than average, contributing to “an unusually large amount of water vapor available to make heavy rain,” Masters wrote on his blog.
It’s unclear what role, if any, climate change plays in boosting the temperature of the mid-Atlantic waters. But its possible effect on Hurricane Sandy, Masters said, signals what might await the Northeast over the coming years as ocean temperatures rise and hurricane season gets longer.
Sandy's swells were entirely consistent with scenarios sketched by the UN's Intergovernment Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) in a report on extreme weather events, published in March, contended Mitchell.
ReplyDelete"What the IPCC said there is with sea level rising a little bit already and with the potential for stronger storms, we are likelier to see surges increasing."
Mitchell was a coordinating lead author in the report. "At some level, we can point to the climate change signal in that," he said.
"The examples that we are seeing in New York today of very considerable storm surges are directly in line with the predictions of the IPCC."
The IPCC report had said it was also likely that tropical cyclones will increase rainfall this century, and placed a heavy emphasis on preparedness to reduce the risk to lives and property.

See? Exactly what I said, but Doltron comes in, CHANGES what I said to make it sound like I was saying it caused it, and then acts as if he's disproven me.
ReplyDeleteJust the high sea levels which are the result of global warming are making these things worse, by bringing the storm further inland, which we saw in this storm.
The amazing thing is doltron goes and finds a quote he took from a global warming denier's blog (one set up to look like a "moderate" but invariably tries to steer people away from believing in climate change) that clearly was taken out of context (we didn't see the rest of the "note", just the excerpt this global warming denier decided to post) from a scientist who clearly states global warming is real, and will magnify events like this in the coming future.
There's not much I hate in this world Clif, but one thing I absolutely HATE, is a liar who fights against fact and science.
ReplyDeleteFrom denying the earth revolves around the sun to denying global warming, its all the same.
Evil men who deny the truth to further whatever their own political or monetary agenda's are.
And Doltron regardless of how pleasant he tries to act, is an evil man for doing this.
He's been caught lying so many times that any HALFWAY DECENT MAN, would say "ok, ya got me there, ...sorry".
But not him.
For 6 years he's perpetuated the lies, on and on and on.
He gets caught in one like he did last night again, and like he did last night again he disappears.
Until the next lie.
He's a douchebag, trying to sell anti science, meanwhile people over here are dying.
ReplyDeleteAbout 50 people died in that storm this week here on the east.
3 kids were killed.
But this is all "funny" to him.
He'll come in (and probably Johnny too) and make some smug trailer park folksy sounding one liner about "how lifes tough" ....or "people die in storms all the time" thing.
Its evil.
Pure evil.
I can't find another explanation for it.
And keep in mind, I don't know if we can do anything about it now that will help us or not. It may be too late.
ReplyDeleteWe've been warned for over a decade by science but these IGNORANT LIARS have been fighting it so successfully, that they've all but stalled any real progress towards greenhouse gas emission reductions.
So it might be too late for us to turn it back right away.
I get that.
But I don't want to live in world where people are so ignorant, .....so apathetic.....so fucking LAZY, ......that they just won't TRY.
ReplyDeleteEspecially when we've got a good chance of at least reducing it for future generations.

ReplyDeleteSearch on for NYC boys ripped from mother by flood
Associated Press – 5 hrs ago
NEW YORK (AP) — Rescuers in New York City are searching for two young boys who were swept from their mother's arms by floodwaters.
Police say the boys are a 2-year-old and a 4-year-old.
They disappeared Monday night when waves of water crashed into an SUV while they were being driven by their mother in the city's Staten Island borough.
The Daily News says their mother tried to hold onto them, but the surging water ripped them away. The mother spent a harrowing night trying to get help.
Police say the search for the boys is continuing Thursday.
Voltron's response to things like this?

Yes!
I personally can't stand Christie but I have new found respect for him seeing him put down the political nonsense and just work together for the good of the people.
THIS is who we are. Not the divisive stuff, but this.
Christie is revisiting global warming too.
Because the insurance companies told him whether he "believes in it" or not, the sea's rising from climate change and if he wants coastal insurance for his state, he needs to ADDRESS CLIMATE CHANGE by relocating and raising sea walls, homes, etc.
Of course, this may have been the final chapter on the Romney campaign.
People are seeing Obama in action, again. And as usual he's at least doing something unlike their "hands off" approach that Bush and the Tea Party types want.
If you go into Yahoo right now, the Tea Party trolls are all in their whining about their "TAX DOLLARS" being used to rescue people and asking "how are we gonna pay for this"?
That's the difference between the Tea Party's vision for America, which is "EVERYONE FOR THEMSELVES" and the rest of the country, which believes in actually being a country.
Worf you mention teabaggers;

He used the federal government time and time again, but wants the programs that help the middle class and poorer people when disaster strikes destroyed.
Probably because the real money behind the tea baggers knows that if no FEMA or other federal programs existed when disaster strikes, they can swoop in like the vulture capitalists they really are and use the disasters to benefit themselves.
Just like R-money did at Bain Capital when he helped create the disasters at many solvent American firms and drove them to bankruptcy. This he did in order to enrich himself and ship good paying middle class jobs to China, to make more money for the uber rich.
How does R-money understand hurricane relief and clean up???
ReplyDeleteIn his own words;
I remember once we had a football field at my high school. The field was covered with rubbish and paper goods from people who’d had a big celebration there at the game. And there was a group of us there assigned to clean it up. And I thought, ‘how are we going to clean up all the mess on this football field?’ There were just a few of us. And the person responsible for organizing the effort said, ‘Just line up along the yard lines. You go between the goal line and the 10-yard line, and the next person between the 10 and 20, and just walk down and do your lane. And if everybody cleans their lanes, we’ll get it done.’ And so today, we’re cleaning one lane if you will

Simply Incredible ......
He compares a football game at his exclusive 1%er high school to the extreme tragedy tans of millions went through this week.
and totally ignores the tragedy by simply claiming clean up is picking up a little trash, NOT losing everything from a life time of hard labor, something he has NEVER done for a single day in his over pampered life.
I have one question for the imbecile;
How many dead bodies were laying in his lane??????
How many mothers were searching for their children ripped from their arms in R-money's lane?
What a useless douche bag (unless you are Grover drown the goberment in a bathtub Norquist who knows R-money is an empty suit working for the 1% against the rest of us.......

A Vote for a President Who Will Lead on Climate Change
When I step into the voting booth, I think about the world I want to leave my two daughters, and the values that are required to guide us there. The two parties’ nominees for president offer different visions of where they want to lead America.
One believes a woman’s right to choose should be protected for future generations; one does not. That difference, given the likelihood of Supreme Court vacancies, weighs heavily on my decision.
One recognizes marriage equality as consistent with America’s march of freedom; one does not. I want our president to be on the right side of history.
One sees climate change as an urgent problem that threatens our planet; one does not. I want our president to place scientific evidence and risk management above electoral politics.
Of course, neither candidate has specified what hard decisions he will make to get our economy back on track while also balancing the budget. But in the end, what matters most isn't the shape of any particular proposal; it’s the work that must be done to bring members of Congress together to achieve bipartisan solutions.
Presidents Bill Clinton and Ronald Reagan both found success while their parties were out of power in Congress – and President Obama can, too. If he listens to people on both sides of the aisle, and builds the trust of moderates, he can fulfill the hope he inspired four years ago and lead our country toward a better future for my children and yours. And that's why I will be voting for him.

Bodies of Two Boys Washed Away By Sandy Found
ReplyDeleteBy Christina Ng | ABC News Blogs – 8 hrs ago
The bodies of two young boys who were washed away by Sandy's floodwaters as their horrified mother watched were found today in a marshy area, according to police.
The 2-year-old and 4-year-old boys disappeared on the New York City borough of Staten Island Monday night when waves caused by storm surges crashed into the family's SUV while they were driving, according to ABC News' New York station WABC.
The boys were pulled into powerful waters after their mom put them on the roof of her car when rushing waters caused the car to stall, Police Commissioner Ray Kelly said, according to the AP. The family had been on their way to a shelter.
"She put the two boys on the roof of the car to avoid the water, and then another large wave came, and it apparently washed them away," Kelly said. "Of course, the mother was totally, completely distraught. She started looking for them herself, asking people to help her look."
The search continued until the bodies were found at the end of a dead-end street.
Its time to tell the anti science tea partiers to shut the hell up and get the hell out of the way.

The very real problem is the time lag between the release of the carbon from burning fossil fuels and the results we see in the climate.
ReplyDelete30-35 years.
In other words the effects that helped create the horror we now know as sandy was intensified by carbon from when Reagan was telling us all not to worry about the environment while ripping solar panels off of the White House.
We now have 30+ more years of carbon in the atmosphere for the climate to deal with;
Superstorm Sandy was no freak, say experts, but rather a hint of a coming era when millions of Americans will struggle to survive killer weather.
"It's a foretaste of things to come," Princeton University professor Michael Oppenheimer told CNN. "Bigger storms and higher sea levels" will pile on to create a "growing threat" in the coming decades.
... In a paper published by Nature in February, he and three colleagues concluded that the "storm of the century" would become the storm of "every twenty years or less."
Welcome to the new normal thanks to the deniers who prevented the country and economy from changing so we wouldn't have faced the future we are beginning to live in.

Its not politics. Its not a political issue.
ReplyDeleteSo I'm sick of ONE POLITICAL PARTY trying to pretend it is by denying the science and selling their anti science, anti global warming lies just so they can make their big oil financiers happy.
What they are doing, is evil.
Just as evil as any terrorist who ever attacked us, that's for sure.
They're getting people killed and wreaking devastation on our country, worse than any terrorist attack ever has.
Because these keep happening, and they're happening more and more frequently and getting bigger and bigger.
So they are terrorists. Domestic terrorists, working to destroy their own country, from within.

Exactly.
Because it happens over a period of decades, lying right wing dirtbags like Voltron try to use that to their advantage. After all, if you can't show an IMMEDIATE cause and effect, then to a republican that's an easy out to claim its not real.
Because in their simplistic, key jingling in the face world you have to see it instantly to address it.
And so while they lie, people die.
Its not politics. Its not a political issue.
ReplyDeleteYes it actually is.
Because of politics over the last decade and longer nothing was done to change the culture, economy, environment etc, to lower the way we created energy, grew our food and travelled around the country.
The politics were driven by a small sect of the society which received most of their monetary gains from either extracting and selling fossil fuels or using those fossil fuels to create power or transportation uses.
They used both fear, but even more insedious the idea of "american exceptionalism" to motivate a significant section of the country to refuse to change the way they did most of what they do;
IE drive large SUV's ALONE daily as they go about their routine. Forget about increasing public transportation efforts at all (IE defund amtrak and refuse to increase funding for mass transit)
Consume ever larger amounts of energy in their daily lives as they increased electronic consumer goods produced and transported in ever increasing distances to them.
Ignore how the daily lives of most Americans use very large amounts of energy, IE we are 5% of the planets population, but we over the last 3 decades used around 25%of the energy most produced by burning carbon based fossil fuels.
It is a political problem, not one of political parties but one of large sections of the economic might have used their monetary power to close down any alternate ideas.
They did this in election cycles but also in Washington and state capitals where their lobbyists spread money around to keep politicians in line with their bottom end.
It is political, not just two party political.
However the politics are not just limited to this country.
ReplyDeleteIn Russia their largest export is the same as Saudi Arabia, in fact they actually out produce the Saudis now a days.
The wars in the middle east since I was there in 1991 have been oil based if the truth were ever told.
It is also no coincidence the second largest stock holder in News Corp (corporate master of fox news) is a saudi royal and Fox News is a very vehement global warming denier
.... all politics, not just American based two party politics.
Well that's only because they make it one. But the issue itself isn't.(or at least it shouldn't be).
ReplyDeleteIts science.
When scientists tell us that a disease is coming and we need a vaccine, we don't turn it into a political debate. We make the vaccine.
When science tells us how to genetically engineer a new strain of corn to feed a billion people, we don't debate whether or not its "true".
We make the corn.
So when science tells us the planets heating up and its being escalated by our burning fossil fuels, we don't need a political party telling us not to "BELIEVE IN IT".
They need to SHUT THE HELL UP and do what the scientists tell them to do.
One of the main missions of the US Navy is to keep the straits of Hormuz open to tanker traffic.
ReplyDeleteThat was a political decision made by the civilian leadership given to the Military.
Both parties along with other countries who contribute to that ops agree with that political decision.
It sickens me what they do. Sickens me.
ReplyDeleteSickens the planet too.
So when science tells us the planets heating up and its being escalated by our burning fossil fuels, we don't need a political party telling us not to "BELIEVE IN IT".
ReplyDeleteThey need to SHUT THE HELL UP and do what the scientists tell them to do.
Yes that is the way it should be;
However the powers who benefit greatly from the current system have made the political decision to fight that tooth and nail;
Hence the Koch Brothers, (big oil BTW) spend hundreds of millions years to keep the system they benefit from going exactly as it has since their daddy was helping Stalin create the soviets oil development industry.
Exxon Mobile et al work along side with them,
Koch has played this for decades by creating "think tanks" like the Cato Institute, Heartland Institute, funding junk science in quite a few institutions like George Mason U where the cretin who fought the fact of the hockey stick graph and paper by Mann.
Koch are the money behind the tea baggers who deny and fight and changes to try to slow climate change.
They are playing politics because they have the money and refuse to accept anything except for their own best interests. Have for years.
We are witnessing a result of their greed and self indulgence at the expense of others.
They cynically use the religious right and have for years.
Which is why a large portion of the message the religious right parrots is in direct contradiction to the actual message written in the Bible that is supposed to come from Jesus.
In Genesis God supposedly told Adam to be a good steward, the religious right quietly ignores that little command. Just like they ignore much of what Jesus preached that doesn't fit the message they repeat with no question as to whether it is accurate historically with what Jesus taught.
They have never been long term players, which is why when the politicians they support are in power, the deficit is not a problem nor is the debt they run up in pursuit of the goals they are working on for the moneyed interests who fund them.
ReplyDeleteThis is why Dick Cheney can say "You know, Paul, Reagan proved that deficits don't matter. We won the mid-term elections, this is our due."
with exactly NO right wing outrage.
