Force always attracts men of low morality.
Albert Einstein

Why isn't Ted Nugent in jail? He should be arrested for threatening the lives of public servants, and he should be fined for waving automatic weapons around in a public place, advocating killing humans for sport, as a form of pornographic violence. We need to make sure people like this are held responsible for their anti-American unpatriotic, treasonous behavior. Are our children feel safe with this monster loose on the streets? He is the male Ann Coulter, but with even more testosterone. And SHAME on Sean Hannity for not condemning these remarks.

Warning: the language in the article below is not appropriate for children or any living, moral creature.

Gonzo is gone, and if you don't know why, I'll list some of his crimes at the end of this article tomorrow. But not enough attention has been paid to Ted Nugent, a true representative of the Bush-Cheney administration. I know it's sort of taboo to write about such a sad joke as Nugent -- but he so perfectly represents the extreme right-wingers who have taken over our civilized society.

Study history Ted: when man enjoys killing animals for sport (as Cheney does, and Bush did as a child) society begins to die. It's not a good sign.

Facing a draft, Nugent bravely wet his pants
Rocker is all talk as he calls Obama, Hillary vile names

August 27, 2007
BY RICHARD ROEPER Sun-Times Columnist
So Ted Nugent roams a concert stage while toting automatic weapons, calls Barack Obama "a piece of -----" and says he told Obama to suck on one of his machine-guns. He also calls Hillary Clinton a "worthless bitch" and Dianne Feinstein a "worthless whore."

That Nugent, he's a man's man. He talks the talk and walks the walk, right?

Except when it was time to register for the draft during the Vietnam era. By his own admission, Nugent stopped all forms of personal hygiene for a month and showed up for his draft board physical in pants caked with his own urine and feces, winning a deferment. Creative!

Ah, but that was a long time ago. Nugent isn't just a washed-up rocker -- he's a right-wing madman who's not afraid to call out some of the leading Democrats in language so vile it makes the Dixie Chick Natalie Maines' comments about President Bush sound like a love poem.

You'd think even someone such as Sean Hannity would dismiss Nugent as a macho clown, desperate for attention.

Yeah, right.

In a discussion on his show last week, Hannity refused to condemn Nugent's remarks, saying, "I like Ted Nugent . . . he's a friend of mine," and even laughing loudly as Alan Colmes read the transcript of some of Nugent's remarks.

Funny. I don't remember Hannity being so cavalier about the Dixie Chicks went they criticized Bush.

Not that he's operating under a double standard or anything.,CST-NWS-roep27.article

I am not only a pacifist but a militant pacifist. I am willing to fight for peace. Nothing will end war unless the people themselves refuse to go to war. -Albert Einstein

  1. Yep. Nugent is almost a poster child for cowardly Gopper scum.

The air in Michigan cleared up considerably the day the stench of Ted Nugent wafted down to where it belongs. While he may not physically soil himself anymore, he's still 100% sh*t.

  2. Jolly Roger

Agreed. Hey I really loved the imagery of your isolation in Michigan on the other thread.

  3. I never liked Nugent before. I was more of a Floyd\Deep Purple \Neal Young fan.

  4. Busy couple of weeks..

Alberto Gonzales. GONE. Or should I say, GONZO.

Another self righteous gay bashing republican caught soliciting sex in a mens bathroom.

    Karl Rove GONE.

John Warner bails on the war.

    Whats a troll to do..?

  5. Ted Nugent is a mainstay on Fox News with his boastery of hate for anything Democrat.

Only in rightwing America can you stand openly on a stage before a live audience, and issue such a tirade of hate against the liberal opposition, and feel no pain.

  6. American officials said, part of the criminal investigation is focused on Lt. Col. Levonda Joey Selph, who reported directly to General Petraeus and worked closely with him in setting up the logistics operation for what were then the fledgling Iraqi security forces.

That operation moved everything from AK-47s, armored vehicles and plastic explosives to boots and Army uniforms, according to officials who were involved in it.

Wonder if Petraeus was making gain from his sidekicks illegal arms dealing?

  7. Meanwhile, repercussions from Republican Senator Larry Craig’s mensroom blowjob begins.

The toiletqueen resigned late Monday night as Senate co-chairman for Mitt Romney’s presidential campaign within hours after the news broke of Craig’s guilty plea to lewd conduct with an undercover cop in a men’s bathroom at Minneapolis International Airport.

“Senator Craig has stepped down from his role with the campaign. He did not want to be a distraction and we accept his decision,” Romney’s campaign said in a statement.

In May, Romney’s campaign announced that Craig would be co-chairman of the Romney for President Idaho Leadership Team.

  8. The guy should be put in therapy. Didn't he have problems because he was sexually involved with underage girls?

  9. Always disliked Nooge the Stooge. He's such a one can take him seriously. He's not allowed on the television in my home...if he's on...he's gone. Any man that has to kill animals the way he does is a coward in my opinion. He'd too mental about it...but that's just my opinion.

  10. Are you all trying to say that Teddy Boy is a gutless chicken hawk who uses loud obnoxious sounds guitars and guns to compensate for a "short coming" of some sort?

He needs to spend time with some of the trolls here they seem to have much in common.

As an aside I watched the movie Patton this weekend, and the general wouldn't deal with the coward (as he would call teddy boy, or the other chicken hawks) none too kindly.

George Patton would have kicked Nugent on the balls and sent him to the front, (along with dead eye, the chimp in chief and a whole host of reich wing college re-pubies) ...... and of course our favorite gutless chicken sh!t chicken hawk trolls here also.

  11. Cancer in Iraq vets raises possibility of toxic exposure

    By Carla McClain

After serving in Vietnam nearly 40 years ago — and receiving the Bronze Star for it — the Tucson soldier was called back to active duty in Iraq.
While there, he awoke one morning with a sore throat. Eighteen months later, Army Sgt. James Lauderdale was dead, of a bizarrely aggressive cancer rarely seen by the doctors who tried to treat it.
As a result, his stunned and heartbroken family has joined growing ranks of sickened and dying Iraq war vets and their families who believe exposures to toxic poisons in the war zone are behind their illnesses — mostly cancers, striking the young, taking them down with alarming speed.
The number of these cancers remains undisclosed, with military officials citing patient privacy issues, as well as lack of evidence the cases are linked to conditions in the war zone. The U.S. Congress has ordered a probe of suspect toxins and may soon begin widespread testing of our armed forces.

A true American Hero, just not a loud mouth gutless punk like widdle teddy.

Too bad George W Bush and the reichwing destroyed his life for him, with their lies and incompetence, and piss poor medical care of the veterans, why doe3sn't teddy boy screech about THAT?

  12. Lydia said,

Agreed. Hey I really loved the imagery of your isolation in Michigan on the other thread.

I've got many pictures to sort through and some thoughts on what I saw and who I talked to.... so many I haven't had time to sort it all out yet. Soon :)

Good people. It is hard to reconcile Yoopers with scum like Nugent and Kid Rock.

  13. Is he just about a waste of human flesh or what? The guy must crave attention, even bad attention. He seems to be trying to compensate for something.

  14. His lack of "something" undoubtedly explains his preference for less experienced girls.

  15. :|

"I was just an oil driller....

    no one more obscurer.....

Got a phone call from Turdblossom,

    Told me I was Fuhrer."

The country was so blue...ohoh what oh what to doooo...

So I hitched up my pants,

    And launched an advance

    Now Baghdads burning tooooooooo...

  16. and nowwwww its, ..springtime for Bush and the RNC.....

    Cheney is happy, and gaaaaay.

We're dancing to a FASTER pace,

Look out, here comes the MASTER race!

Springtime, for Bush and, the RNCeeee...

    Dicklands, a hickland, once mooooooorrrre.

Springtime, for Bush and the RNCeeee...!!!

    Look out Tehran,

    We're going on toooourrrrr..

  17. Ted Nugent is lucky I'm not a violent person. I might be headed toward Michigan as we speak and lay in wait for him, then force feed him Tofu and carob balls while blasting Bread with David Gates and the Carpenters at him for a week straight.

Yeah, I know I have weird visions.

  18. Well said, Lydia. Nugent is such low scum that I would not be surprised if Bush nominated him to be the next AG. :-(

  19. Ted Nugent is lucky I'm not a violent person. I might be headed toward Michigan as we speak and lay in wait for him, then force feed him Tofu and carob balls while blasting Bread with David Gates and the Carpenters at him for a week straight.

He's not in Michigan anymore, Dog be praised. He's down in Texas, which is right where he belongs.

  20. Press conference starts in 10 minutes.

Let's hope Craig resigns. His not-so-unique brand of sleaze goes back to at least 1982.

  21. Jolly Roger said...

Hey easy there JR.....we have enough gutless chickenhawks in Texas........... Teddy boy can go back to Michigan or Florida where sheep are sheep and repugs like little boys.

  22. Look folks I realize I'm no Franz Liebkind, but ......

  23. Isnt it amazing that all these chickenhawk repugs are ALL PRETEND tough guys.

Nugent is a gun loving "PRETEND" tough guy who actually pissed his pants and was to afraid to use the guns he craves when it was HIS turn to go to Vietnam.

We have a PRETEND tv tough guy (Fred Thompson wanting to run for president.

Ant two "Pretend" tough guys in the White Hose (Bush and Cheney) who although they certainly talk and pretend they are tough guys who love war were too gutless to actually suit up to fight in the wars they support and crave.

It boggles the mind how any brainless slugs could even remotely consider these cowardly losesrs tough guys.

    Theyre a damn joke.

  24. Just call me NostraMike from now on............I predicted back in March that Gonzalez would be gone BY LABOR DAY..........just like I predicted the Democrats would take both houses of Congress.

Now as much as I having my predictions be proved right, I'd MUCH prefer Worfeus's predictions to be right.

Hopefully this might be the first step to making them both right..........Although as Clif said TIME is fast becoming a factor that will likely impact impeachment and even worse, Bush and Cheney still have an out if things turn ugly, they appear to be laying the groundwork to pull a STUNT and declare martial law.

  25. BTW, in the last week or two, Gonzalez, Rove and Snow have all resigned........either something big and nasty is about to come to light, or the Neo Con fascists are getting rid of the indefensible easy targets with bullseyes on them in preparation for the election.

  26. You guys can't picture it huh?

    Heil myself..... heil to meeeeee.....

I've the clout thats out to rewrite historeeeeeeeee....

We can't find Osama, but you can bet that Obama.... we'll smeeeeeaaaaarrrrr..

let ever hotsi totsi nazi stand and cheeeeeeeerrrr.

  27. BTW, Nugent and Coulter get away with calling for the death or assassination of Political figures and Supreme Court Justices and that is accepted by both Conservatives and the MSM...........if a Democrat or liberal did the same thing they would like;y have their show canceled if they had one, be attacked by the Conservative Media as a fringe hatespeaker until their career and media bully pulpit was destroyed, get arrested or put on the do not fly list, spied on etc..................yet conservatives do this and its not only perfectly acceptable but amusing, that Idiot Sean Hannity finds it amusing.

  28. Mike said...
Just call me NostraMike from now on...

    NostraMike from now on...

  29. Sean Hannity didn't find it so amusing as much, as arousing.

  30. What the AP didn't tell you yesterday was in the sting operation that nabbed Craig they were actually looking for Hannity.

  31. Violence is the last refuge of incompetence (Sixth Principle of Incompetence).

  32. I'd like to bitch slap that little bitch boy Hannity into next week, him Gonzalez and Bush are the epitome of a little pretty boy bitch.

  33. Now please trolls dont go calling me hateful for being far kinder and gentler than Coulter or might hurt my feelings or somthin..................BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

  34. Nugent is irrelevant. I wouldn't even have bothered posting this.

  35. Carl, because Sean Hannity is an enabler, it's important to solidify in my very right-wing cousins' minds, how truly violent their heroes are.

You don't see left-wingers wanting to kill people the way Coulter, Nugent and all the incredibly belligerent, militant evangelical Christians do.

Like the ones that created the Left Behind Eternal Forces video game. Which is "Christ porn"

Don't you see? We may think they don't matter, but when you add all the right-wingers together they come off as lunatics.

Mild mannered conservatives who are good people, cannot vote Republican ever again, because of people like Nugent and these exremists.

    And sex-crazed hypochrists. (hypo-Christs)

  36. It's important to call attention to them, in order to show the moderate base of Republicans what their party has become.

  37. I never knew that about Nuugent. You know my own families history. That disgusts me.
It figures spineless Hannity can back him and decry the chics.I was proud of them for speaking up. I just can't stand the double standard harmful to "our America" idiotic games at such a dire time.

  38. Mike said...
I'd like to bitch slap that little bitch boy Hannity into next week, him Gonzalez and Bush are the epitome of a little pretty boy bitch.

    They're pretty alright.

    Pretty damned ugly.

  39. RFN Hannity laughed and called Valerie Plame just an analyst and joked about her.

When it was confirmed she was a undercover NOC agent he never apologized for repeatedly mocking her and using her name on his radio show.

Another traitor and propagandist for The Decider Der Fuhrer{Adolph}Bush and company.

Now we have a washed up singer who uses weapons to compensate for his little soldier as Jesus General would call it.

He should be investigated for inciting violence against a Presidential Candidate.

    God Bless

  40. How many Republican scandals will be unveiled before America throws all the moralists out of office!

  41. Volatility returned to Wall Street Tuesday, sending stocks plunging as investors grew more uneasy about the economy and whether the Federal Reserve will take the steps needed to prevent credit market problems from spreading further. The Dow Jones industrials fell more than 280 points.

    It's the Bush economy!

  42. Addressing the media in a brief press conference late Tuesday afternoon, Idaho's Republican Senator Larry Craig denied that he was gay, even though he pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct in a men's room in June, during a police sex sting at a Minnesota airport.

"I am not gay, and never have been gay," Craig said, adding that "there are still goals I can accomplish" as a senator.

The words of a Republican Bathroom Pervert

  43. Some 36.5 million people lived in poverty last year in the United States, with children and blacks the worst affected, a report by the US Census Bureau showed Tuesday.

The number of poor people out of the total US population of 302 million was equivalent to the entire state of California -- paradoxically one of the richest states -- one-and-a-half times the population of Malaysia or nearly everyone in the central European nation of Poland living in poverty.

This is the real Bush Economy!

  44. Larry asked: How many Republican scandals will be unveiled before America throws all the moralists out of office!

Depends, how many Republicans are there in office? I guarantee you each one is a scandal waiting to happen

  45. The United States demanded Tuesday that Iran end any support for extremists in Iraq "at once" and raised the specter of a "nuclear holocaust" in the Middle East if Tehran gets atomic weapons.

US President George W. Bush branded the Islamic Republic "the world's leading state sponsor of terrorism," citing its backing of Hamas, Hezbollah, Palestinian Islamic Jihad and Shiite fighters killing US troops in Iraq.

    Another Bush lie to war!

  46. Before the top US military and diplomatic officials in Iraq testify in front of Congress next month, the House will receive a dire independent assessment of progress there, the Washington Post reports. The newspaper also reveals that Gen. David Petraeus "softened" intelligence findings on Iraq's progress in advance of his appearance.

Bush's puppet lying to the world!

  47. This comment has been removed by the author.

  48. (Bloomberg) -- The number of people in the U.S. without medical insurance rose 5 percent to a record 47 million in 2006, the largest increase in four years.

Another example of the Real Bush Economy!

  49. Aug. 28: Sen. Larry Craig pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct after allegedly soliciting sex in a men’s bathroom.WASHINGTON - Idaho Sen. Larry Craig, who has voted against gay marriage and opposes extending special protections to gay and lesbian crime victims, finds his political future in doubt after pleading guilty to misdemeanor charges stemming from complaints of lewd conduct in a men’s room.

The conservative three-term senator, who has represented Idaho in Congress for more than a quarter-century, is up for re-election next year. He hasn’t said if he will run for a fourth term in 2008 and was expected to announce his plans this fall.

A spokesman, Sidney Smith, was uncertain late Monday if Craig’s guilty plea in connection with an incident at the Minneapolis airport would affect his re-election plans.

    It's Those Republican Moralists!

  50. On March 12, the Pentagon announced that Army Surgeon General Lt. Gen. Kevin Kiley, who oversaw neglect at the Walter Reed Army Medical Center, was resigning, effective immediately. NBC News Pentagon correspondent Jim Miklaszewski reported that it was “very likely” Kiley “would be reduced in retirement, at least one rank” and “be forced to retire at that two-star level.”

In order to retire as a three-star general, Kiley would have had to do at least three years of active-duty service in that grade. The higher the grade, the greater the retirement pay and benefits a general receives.

Kiley was appointed Army Surgeon General on Sept. 30, 2004. Therefore, as Miklaszewski noted, he retired before serving out his three-year term at the three-star level.

But ThinkProgress has learned that Kiley is still serving at the Pentagon, despite announcing his “retirement” in March. An official in the Department of the Army Public Affairs told ThinkProgress:

Another Bush lie to cover up inhumanity!

  51. WASHINGTON (CNN) – CNN has obtained the June 11, 2007 police report detailing Idaho Sen. Larry Craig's disorderly conduct arrest in an airport bathroom.

In the report, the arresting officer alleges that Craig lingered outside a restroom stall where the officer was sitting, then entered the stall next door and blocked the stall door with his luggage.

According to the report, Craig tapped his right foot, which the officer said he recognized "as a signal used by persons wishing to engage in lewd conduct."

"Craig tapped his toes several times and moved his foot closer to my foot," the report states. "I moved my foot up and down slowly. While this was occurring, the male in the stall to my right was still present. I could hear several unknown persons in the restroom that appeared to use the restroom for its intended use. The presence of others did not seem to deter Craig as he moved his right foot so that it touched the side of my left foot which was within my stall area."

At that point, the officer said he put his police identification down by the floor so Craig could see it, and informed the senator that he was under arrest, before any sexual contact took place.

It's the Republican form of finding love!

  53. Ted Nugent. What a piece of shit.

  54. Wow, Nugent's a chicken hawk? Par for the course. Just add him to Bush, Cheney, and the Romneys boys. All for war as long as it's someone else's rear end in the line of fire.

  55. Ah Lydia I absolutely LOVE the way your mind works! :)

If Ted were arrested, the NRA (and most likely our moronic president) would come to his defense and then the end result would be that Ted would end up MORE of a cult hero than he already is (nauseating and frightening thoughts aren't they?) As the mother of a 12-year-old you are so right to be concerned. I have no doubt that you are raising him to be a person of integrity.

He and razor-tongue Ann Coulter make a charming couple, don't you agree?

As for Sean Hannity, he and his counterpart Rush Limbaugh make my stomach turn with their narrow-minded, bigoted, hypocritical personalities. I don't believe either ONE of them know the meaning of the word shame one tiny bit.

  56. Lydia Cornell said...
Don't you see? We may think they don't matter, but when you add all the right-wingers together they come off as lunatics.

    I understand your point, Lydia.

But cumulatively, the only people they even begin to influence anymore is that sad little 25% of people who think Bush is god's messenger.

And if you read my blog today, even those folks are starting to wake up.

Let the babies have their bottles, is my take on it. We can sway only those we can sway. Some people will stubbornly believe whatever they've been told to believe.

Why else do you think the lottery is such a huge success? :-)

  57. Button,

It gets worse. Go read Alice Cooper's website...

  58. It's obvious the irony of citing Einstein as some paragon of pacifism is lost on you. If you would crack open a history book, you will learn that Einstein's actions speak much louder than his words (kilotons louder in fact). Indeed, it was the words written in the letter hand-delivered by Sachs to FDR which led to Fat Boy and Little Man. FDR, the grand hero of progressives, vaporized tens of thousands of Japanese in the name of peace--a concept you refuse to understand. FDR won the peace and history has judged him well, as it will GWB.

The hypocrisy of an anti-war progressive criticizing a draft dodger is also lost on you. This is the double standard: if you're a so-called "progressive" like Bill Clinton and you dodge the draft, well and good; if you're a so-called rabid right winger who did the same, shame on you!

It doesn't matter to me who dodged the draft--that's the Darwinian imperative in action. I equally praise Nugent and Clinton for doing the right thing for themselves. There are grunts and there are thinkers. There are those who do, and those who plan. I'm not saying Nugent is a genius (Clinton fits that category), but he is obviously more of a mind than the average soldier.

It is utility and the Darwinian imperative which demand conscription and wars. It is utility and the Darwinian imperative which dictate that the smart dodge that draft in whatever way they can.

Every consumer understands that there are varying degrees of quality. Those well versed in statecraft understand it even more. They are the quality, what they require to conduct their artistry are numbers.

  59. Sauros, you idiot!

Einstein repudiated that work and stated categorically he wishes he'd never been involved.

God, you are a f*ckin' moron!

  60. What difference does it make that Einstein repudiated it? That's like a gunman who shoots someone and then repudiates his action. ACTIONS always speak louder than words. Repudiation after the fact is always utterly irrelevant.

Your childish vituperation doesn't impress me, nor does your limited political paradigm--this goes for all of you limited, doctrinaire reactionaries.

I'm voting for Hillary, as she will certainly take over the global strategy with sang-froid and shall have the practiced statesman Bill to advise her. If you could only see that the only thing that matters is POWER, it would open up your horizon and maybe you'd make something of yourself.

  61. Sauros said...

Riiiiiiiiiiiiiight, Soreass...regret and sorrow mean nothing.

Is that why you know, kneel in front of...Larry Craig?

  62. The double standards at work among you reactionaries amaze me in their immaturity and lack of sophistication.

Larry Craig? How many times have progressives argued that there is no right or wrong about homosexuality? But when it suits them, they attack viciously and without regard for who it harms. That's about the only logical political tactic you reactionaries know: the double standard. In other circumstances it would be appropriate, but here it's only so much school yard gibberish. It's the simpleton's method of propaganda.

  63. Really wonderful Albert E quotes....and a wonderful perspective...on clearly someone that is scarier than I ever really thought...I hear him and I just think what the hell happened to him as a child to make him so insensitive?

I was making fun of your hypocrisies.

Do try to keep up, Soreass.
