NATIONAL OSTEOPOROSIS FOUNDATION ~ JUMPING JACK CHALLENGE!


I raised a stepson with Osteogenesis Imperfecta. The National Osteoporosis Foundation and its fun Jumping Jack Challenge that will be circulating on Social Media. If you choose to help out their cause to raise awareness about bone health by posting a video of  YOU doing the Jumping Jack Challenge on your Social Media, would you also kindly SHARE your Challenge video on THEIR page too?!

The National Osteoporosis Foundation will put on the “JUMPING JACK CHALLENGE” to help raise awareness and resources to promote bone health. Jumping Jacks are great for building bone strength and density during childhood and adolescence and for maintaining bone strength as you age.
An estimated 10,000,000 adults in the USA have osteoporosis. And, for women especially, the incidence of osteoporosis is greater than that of heart attack, stroke and breast cancer “COMBINED.”

HERE IS HOW YOU CAN HELP. Accept the Jumping Jack Challenge by taking a VIDEO of yourself doing 10 jumping jacks in 10 seconds. Post the video on ALL of your favorite social media and challenge your fans and friends to join you in taking the Jumping Jack Challenge.

SUGGESTED SCRIPT FOR YOUR VIDEO POST: “I’m taking The Jumping Jack Challenge to raise awareness about building bone strength for the National Osteoporosis Foundation. Join me in taking the challenge by doing 10 jumping jacks in 10 seconds or making a donation for research at www.NOF.org.”
