THANK YOU! HONORED AT LOS ANGELES MOVIE AWARDS ~ WE NEED 

It would be great to have more women directors. I was honored at the Los Angeles Movie Awards for directing It's My Decision, a mafia comedy, written by Ralph Odierna and produced by Tetia E. Stroud. Damian Martorana edited and Frank Buono was DP.  What artistry!  Buono did Julianne Moore's "Children of Men."  

And I am so excited to have finally finished writing 40 episodes and a 3-book series, and to be directing original upcoming comedy projects.

We should encourage more women to break through the glass ceiling. Here are some startling statistics:



Women directed only 4 percent of the top movies over the past 13 years—and it’s time to change that. Watch to hear what major film industry players have to say about the issue. Watch the full series when it premieres on EPIX on March 8th.
